Seats are super hard plastic. Narrow Walkways, so you constantly have to stand to let people by. For me, it's just not worth it.
Top Rank did a great job organizing the Manny Pacquiao vs Jessie Vargas fight. It was a blast!
We went to WGU graduation. The staff was nice and helpful except for one man who wouldn't let us go in to go to the bathroom. They made us wait outside until it was "time" to go in but there wasn't any place to go to the bathroom. The man that was manning the graduates entrance was so rude. Very rude. We just watched him let a family in to go to the bathroom. Lucky for us the staff at the ADA entrance were nice or we would have been in trouble.

Had a blast, if you're curious about your bag dont take it. I had to check mine, even though it was quick getting my stuff back that was the only inconvenience.
I come to the Thomas & Mack center every year for the NFR. I enjoy being there i would have to say though that things are very pricey.
I was only here for a graduation but it's pretty simple to get around in and a huge arena. Also clean, classy, and convenient to get to. The chairs are a little small though.

Nice arena, and well suited for a variety of events. Parking could be a litlte better, but that's what you get with an arena in the middle of town. Plan accordingly.
I really love going to the events and it's so much fun!!! I would go back every time and I really enjoy all of the employees that work!
Plenty of free parking. Huge capacity. Decent sound system. Staff are customer friendly everywhere.

March Madness was in full swing at Thomas and Mack. Great fun place to watch the UNLV games. Rodeo's and many other events.

It was my fist time visiting this arena! I did not know it was located on a college campus. I had to stop and ask directions to help me find the white parking lot! The students pointed me in the right direction! The parking is close the arena and well lit! The staff was friendly and helpful in finding the office that I need to check in for the event I attended! I am glad we had our event there!
Rebel basketball game. Beat SJSU handily. Good crowd but always can use more fans. Need them Tuesday for UNM.
Staff is the best part. Spacious place with a lot of seating and a great diversity of events. Navigating this building is a bit confusing however.

I've been to this venue multiple times for graduations, concerts and shows. Has a lot of parking , easy access to venue.

Follow directions well because it is complicated to get here. Only very specific events have free parking.
Graduation event....Not organized regarding "people flow" & seating...Also 2 or 3 folks "saving" up to 20 seats for friends....Much more organized when doing sporting events and assigned seating.
Wish the arena had some handicapped seats that were closer as an option, like most venues.

Great place for all types of events.Traffic control is actually ok and didn't have to wait to long to get out the parking lot.
