H.R. Goodale (Northern) Ltd Review

One of Goodales drivers decided to a 3 point turn on a busy hill across double white lines and crawler lane without checking whether the road was clear.
He nearly killed my wife, writing her car off. We are now without a car - making journeys to and from school and a bus with an autistic child who is traumatised by the experience.
The driver from Goodales, after accepting full responsibility at the scene, is now contesting the insurance claim.

Driver left expensive fridge out in the cold and rain IN ANOTHER PERSON'S BACK GARDEN completely violating my contract with the supplier which clearly stated that I be given 24 hours notice of delivery, that I sign for the delivery and did NOT agree to it being placed in a safe space. The company then tried to make it out like it was MY fault! The driver came back a few days later, TRESPASSED onto my property and took photos of my flat to somehow try to make up an excuse for his unacceptable behaviour of leaving a fridge in a neighbour's garden. Absolutely atrocious company and I will be reporting this to the police.

I use H R Goodale regularly for commercial storage and delivery. I have always found their service to be outstanding. The office and goods yard staff are always extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had to review this company to add to the many other bad reviews they seem to receive. The amount of bad reviews did concern me to begin with but I need to get a TV down to London from the North East and entrusted Goodales to do this More

We use Goodales on an almost daily basis and I can honestly say they are one of the best carrier companies we deal with, shipments arrive as promised and any queries are always resolved quickly and actioned by a real person who deals with the enquiry instantly or gets back to you so you dont have to keep telling the same thing to dozen of different people or pushing a button on the phone. Highly recommend them
