Went in looking to buy a used 2019 Jetta but walked out with a new 2020! Stephanie was great and helped me through the entire process. I was there by myself and this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I didn t feel pressured at all during the process and will definitely consider going back again for my next vehicle. The service was great and she made sure to contact me within the following week to see how I was enjoying my new car. Ask for Stephanie when you go in!

Yet again, outstanding service from Chris Brown and his team. They worked out a terrific deal for me on this beauty! I ve worked with this dealership and their service department for 17 years now (wow!). If you re considering a VW or an Audi, this is where you want to go.

It s sad to say, but University Volkswagen is no longer the premier place to get your VW. Customer Service is dead and the staff could not be less engaged and interested in your satisfaction. After nothing but problems, I m ready to leave this place behind and give my business to Carter.

I brought my car in due to a recall notice. I cannot be without my car at
as I drive a lot for work. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted with enthusiasm. Each of the people with whom I interacted were pleasant, knowledgeable, and kept everything moving smoothly. I had a great experience at the service department. Who else can say they had a GOOD experience at a car dealership service dept? Thank you all for the pleasant experience!!!

Had an amazing experience with the sales rep Ahmed. I contacted the dealer via email. Inquired about leasing a new Passat. I specifically asked to be contacted by email and Ahmed was able to answer all of my questions via email in a timely manner, got a great deal on the Passat and closed the deal same day. It was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced. Thank you, Ahmed!

Mr. Chris Brown, Sales Manager, and his team are EXCELLENT.

Chris took care of me above and beyond all reasonable expectations.

As a customer traveling from out of state -- over the holidays and during the pandemic, no less -- Chris and his team ensured I was comfortable with my selection before completing and expediting necessary paperwork.

His welcome to the Seattle area was unmatched. He ensured I had transportation, lodging, and was well taken care of in every aspect.

As a military service member, I was most touched by Chris' selflessness. I am humbled by the fact, and think of it daily as I hop in my car and drive to work.

People like Chris who embody VALUES in their daily lives prove that there are many ways to serve.

This review is for the Volkswagen service department at University Volkswagen. I had a great experience during my recent visit - left my car on Dec. 9 and the work completed and picked up my car on Dec. 11 as promised.

Michael and Brandon are professional and courteous. Michael kept me informed and explained the work necessary. I appreciated the promptness and their friendliness.

Most of all, I felt and witnessed this is an honest shop. I know I will be going back to University Volkswagen for any other services in the future and for the next oil change for sure.

Smoothest car transaction I ve ever had. I was helped by Kenny and it was much appreciated. He gave me everything I ask for quickly and the cars were clean. Not rushed or sold anything.
