Had an amazing experience with the sales rep Ahmed. I contacted the dealer via email. Inquired about leasing a new Passat. I specifically asked to be contacted by email and Ahmed was able to answer all of my questions via email in a timely manner, got a great deal on the Passat and closed the deal same day.
