Chris took care of me above and beyond all reasonable expectations.

As a customer traveling from out of state -- over the holidays and during the pandemic, no less -- Chris and his team ensured I was comfortable with my selection before completing and expediting necessary paperwork.

His welcome to the Seattle area was unmatched. He ensured I had transportation, lodging, and was well taken care of in every aspect.

As a military service member, I was most touched by Chris' selflessness. I am humbled by the fact, and think of it daily as I hop in my car and drive to work.
