Wow, what a never forgetting experience. The simulator rides were just wonderful. We got in at about 10am and did not leave until 9pm. 99% probability that will come back.

We had such a terrific time at Universal! The best was Harry Potter, but we liked all the areas. Try the frozen butterbeer!
Our hotel was brand new, and the air vent rattled on and off every night we were there! I got it on video and showed the front desk and they couldn't care less. One employee told me they know about it but opened anyway, while the front desk acted like they had no idea. When we got home, we saw several others posting it on YouTube. The Surfside inn and suites do not care about any of us. I contacted several of the hotels management and no one gave a damn. They don't care. Stay elsewhere for less.
This park lives up to the hype, something for everyone to do and 110%all FUN
I had the best Time here with friends. I definitely would come back here. The music was great and it was so much stuff to do there.
My family and I had so much fun at Universal studios.
I was mainly in the Wizarding World, but absolutely loved it there & would come back everyday if I could
Excellent rollercoasters with Rip Ride Rockit and Revenge of the Mummy! The Simpsons and Men in Black were also good fun for people of all ages!
Awesome place just to visit and shop. Be prepared to pay $25 to park before 5:00pm
Large + comfy rooms/beds, but they were 12 hours late bringing our Cot that we payed extra for, which was annoying, especially after arriving back at the hotel at 2 AM, sleepy and tired without a much needed for. Other than that, it's been a good experience so far.
It was great but there was just to many people in Harry Potter world at once
I absolutely enjoyed the resort. There's so much to do and see - and depending on the day you go, they have tons of events for the passerby. It's never dull, and the place looks fantastic.
Rides for the normal Universal Studios are pretty easy. If you want some thrillseekers, look more towards Island of Adventure.
Great amusement park with some extremely kind and helpful staff!
Great fun and the current situation is being handled responsibly by all staff - social distancing protocols are fantastic and sanitation is ever present ... Can't wait to go again.
Always a great place to stay. Fantastic pool, friendly service, convenient location to the park.
Great relaxing fun vacation spot ... need at least a week to see everything
Great place to be during an event or to eat or to just have a good experience overall
Lots of fun rides and experiences. Highly recommend. The shows were awesome. The hulk ride was my favorite roller coaster and the Harry potter areas were my favorite place. They were so much fun and it was cool to be able to travel between 2 parks(islands of adventure and universal studios). Butterbeer is absolutely delicious.
So much fun, lots to see & do. Plus rides, food, shows. The 3D rides like Transformers, Harry Potter, Fast & Furious are great & worth the wait. Definitely take the time to come here around October, because the Halloween Horror Nights add an amazing atmosphere to the entire park. 2020 will be their 30th anniversary of HHN, so we can expect some over the top scares!
Love. Universal. The lines themselves are an experience we had a fast pass, but half the fun was looking at the intricate detail, watching paintings whisper to each other, and experiencing the immersive world.
The second day we went, we didn t have a fast pass the app makes it easy to decide which ride to hop over to (complete with ride wait lengths) but more over we were incredibly impressed with how fast the lines moved even as other people used Fast Passes. I ve been to several parks where Fast Pass meant you never. Moved. if you were in a regular line. Not so at Universal they have paced everything exceptionally well.
The food at The Three Broomsticks was my favorite. It was pricy, but delicious! I wish they provided a little more in terms of quantity but the quality was superb. <3 Viva Harry Potter world!
Love these parks.. I feel though that the last 3 years I've been coming they have been remodelling.and I'm missing out on something.
I do love that you let people do the kindness rock/trinkets. It is fun hiding for others. Maybe I'll find something again this year.
My wife and I had the best time here. The only way to experience everything in the park in a single day is with the unlimited Express passes. It can be pricey, but it literally cuts the ride waits times down to a fraction of what everyone else experiences. You can find a ride or two you love and do it 3 times in a row in 15 minutes flat while a regular ticket holder is standing on line for 45 minutes for a single ride!
Waited over 4 hours for a ride that was Delayed due to very standard Floria rain. While I understand the safety precaution.. there was 0 compensation for waiting over 4 hours for a new ride, . while Disney would have absolutely given you a fast past at LEAST.
This is the 3rd (and last year) we sign up for Warner Bros as a season pass.
You guys are cheap.
Upset with customer service......staff member or manager "Loyeda" was not accommodating or understanding at all of our situation. When we first got to the park we purchased our tickets like everyone else. We also had a complimentary tickets that never expires and was never used. We were going to have our father come later in the afternoon to use this ticket so we asked the ticketing booth about this ahead of time. Were advised to go to guest services. After going to guest services (20 min) we were told that the ticket can be scanned at the turn style and entry would be granted. Now the time came for us to meet our father and and the turn style staff had no clue on what to do and called for assistance (5 min). The next person that came (2 min) also had no clue as on what to do. Next (10 min) a manager "Loyeda" was called. She came and must of been eating because she kept cleaning her teeth with her tounge as she spoke to us. She immediately told us to go to guest services. We tried to explain but she kept saying to go to guest services. We asked if she could accompany us to guest services so she could possibly speed up our process since there is always a line and because we already went to guest services in the morning to avoid this very issue. She rudely told us no and repeatedly said you have to go you have to go. So the next question was when we go and they say the same thing as this morning what then, She said that she would then have to override the system so we went to guest services .....waited for (15 min) and the the second person from the turn style came and told us to come back and that his manager (Loyeda) was going to override the ticket for us. By this time we are very upset because of the back and forth and ask to speak to a manager . Now everyone is in a "meeting". I told this staff member she just told you she was going to override it after making us jump through hoops o want to speak to a manager. He says that the same manger will be out to speak to me. (5 min later) Ahmed a different manager apparently came to speak to us and he listened to the situation and said that she was not here yesterday when they had alot of comp tickets so she didn't know I told him that was fine if she would have just said that but she insisted on making us walk back to guest services wait until we were next in line.... only to have us come back for an override. Her attitude, customer service and o we all demeanor was very unpleasant and very dissapointing! And all of this in front if family and on coming guest which was embarrising. Ahmed came back and gave us speed passes to two rides of our choice for all the inconvenience. At the end of the day all I can say is this is definitely not Disney world. Customer service totally different!
Rides are fun. Employees are pretty rude. Omg the food prices. I thought Disney character meals where expensive but a self-service meal at universal costs almost as much. Tickets are cheaper and now you know why. Also quality of the park isnt as good overall.
Enjoyed walking around. Didnt do the rides as there were long wait times.
The atmosphere was amazing the rides are thrilling and the waiting times weren't long at all
Trip of a lifetime
One of the best theme parks I have ever been to and I love how they are able to make everything so compact yet so big. The rides are some I have ever been on and the food is amazing.
We spent our last vacation day at Islands of adventure and we had a blast. Even though it rained most of the day we got to do everything we wanted to do.
I had a really great time here! They have some really good rollercoasters (The Hulk was my favorite), they have good restaurants, nice staff, and other cool things. Definitely go here and experience it for yourself!
It was the greatest day of my life. Really cool place. We had only 1 day for visit. But it was enough for 2 parks. Try to plan your visit, it can save a lot of time.
My family spent 2 full days at Universal Orlando and I had such an awesome time. There is a great variety of rides for all ages and interests, and the wait times are manageable. The food and drinks aren't overpriced compared to other theme parks and the food is good. The one highlight of my time at Universal Orlando was the Wizarding World of Harry Potter which was like I was actually in the Harry Potter movies! Make sure you have the butterbeer and have a ride on the Hogwarts Express!!! I had such a great time here and I hope to come back here in the future!!
Great park with lots to do. Still has a real fast pass and seems to cater to all ages. Then right out its doors is the city walk where you can dine, dance and enjoy the moment. Plus out of all the Hard Rocks this one has to be in the top 5 on account of it being modeled after the Roman Colosseum, which is awesome in it's own right!!! Be sure to really research the hotel you stay in around all the parks because a lot of them are older and have been remodeled to accommodate modern times.
This place is always amazing and my kids had the best time they have ever had. We can't wait to get back there.
My favourite theme park in Orlando. Excellent attractions and rides. Something for everyone.
Loved staying at Universal!! Way less expensive then Disney, and even more convenient for the parks! Universal also allows pool hopping (which Disney does not!). I likely wont stay at Aventura again, but will definately stay at one of the neighboring hotels<3
Fun for the whole family! A magical place where dreams come true. We go at least every 2-3 years as there is always something new And exciting to see when we come. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. The park is always clean and well kept. I highly recommend visiting if at all possible "off season" as the crowds are much more subdued. We went at Christmas this last year and the parks were at capacity almost everyday. Even so a great time spent with family!
Great rides and the express pass was worth it, particularly for the rides such as the Hulk. It has a good balance of high velocity rides, wet rides to cool off as well as the 3D holographic animation rides.
The restaurants there serve flavorful food as well. Restrooms are clean and ride attendants were polite.
Overall, I had a great experience.
My husband works here and we go every now and again. I love the Harry Potter areas. We went City Walk for dinner at Cowfish. We had High Class Hillbilly sushi. What it is sushi made of pulled pork. It was really good.
The bar tender at Moes was really rude. Other than that great time.
I love Universal. It's a great place to relive all your childhood movies and more. Citywalk parking is free after a certain time in the evening. Otherwise, $25+
Got to ride Hagrid's twice. Awesome coaster. Can't wait to ride again!
Amazing for the whole family. There's so much variety on rides that even if someone doesn't like rollercoasters theres plenty to ride. Plus there's child swap so you can ride without waiting in line after sitting with your kid while someone else in your group rides. GREAT feature. All the Harry Potter stuff makes it worth the trip alone if you don't want rides at all. GET BUTTERBEER! Hot is the best one.
This place never gets old always fun. Be a kid again.
Choice of 3 fantastic theme parks and CityWalk for shopping and dining. The whole resort feels really chilled out with an amazing choice of rides, shows and dining experiences. I think the parking charge (currently $26 per day) is a bit steep but other than that prices within the resort are very competitive. Queue times for a couple of rides were so long we didn't bother but generally we didn't wait long to ride most attractions. Themed lands are amazing especially Harry Potter which is a family favourite area. We also visited the Blue Man Group show which is really good; the kids loved it. Overall Universal is my favourite resort in the Orlando area.
Super expensive. Too many timeshare requests. Fun otherwise great place for kids if you like to have fun..
No charging station for people permanently in wheelchairs, if you can't transfer, or your battery won't last all day, don't go, their insurance won't allow you to use their power. Try pushing a fully loaded 450lb chair around the park, it's tough.
Simply awesome. Best park for visiting along with family and friends
Fresh food and fun rides just bring your walking shoes, a hat and some shades if its sunny
Stayed at the Cabana Bay hotel. It is a great hotel to enjoy when you are not visiting the theme parks. It is literally next door to Volcano Bay! You can walk there, enjoy the slides, come to your hotel to nap, then walk right back! It is hard to beat that!
Beautiful Resort. Visited a friend staff clean uniforms and polite. Beware of parking it expensive.
Way more fun than that mousey place. The 3D and 4D rides will blow your mind. Even the Simpsons ride is more intense than you think it will be. Start your day off at the park on the rocket. It's right inside the gates, you can't miss it, and you won't forget it. We paid for the picture package, all the photos go directly to the app on your phone. It also works at volcano Bay, so the rides that take your picture while you're riding are automatically added. We went right after the covid reopening, not too many people and there was hardly any wait to ride, but you'll have to wear your mask. There are places to take them off and relax (or smoke). This is one of the few parks I would consider getting a yearly pass.
One of the most favorite places of my family. We love coming here during the weekend. The place is amazing! So much fun you can have here. Good food. The staff are really friendly and positive!
Had a great time with my family! Paid for the Express pass and it was great! Was able to do all the rides, but it does come at a huge price but the experience was worth every penny!
It's been a few years since I last came to Citywalk. I LOVE THE UPGRADES. I just wish they would not charge for parking before 6 PM.
Needs more vegan options! Great rides! Very clean! Recycling! No waits right now. Hagrid's ride was so cool! The water rides WILL GET YOU WET! you can bring in backpacks with water and snacks, be prepared to get a locker (stationed at each major ride & they're free with your park ticket), some lockers you have to pay for.
Loved almost everything. The newest ride in Harry Potter needs a better system for people to be able to ride, was there for 7 days and they open the rise late and it was always at capacity for the day, people waiting for up to 5 hours to ride.
Not worth it during the epidemic considering we paid back in June of last year. If the price was reduced during this that would be on thing but it wasn't.
Arcade is closed.
Bars closed.
Certain restaurants on city call closed. No housekeeping unless requested.
Have to place your towels and trash outside the door.
Its just not worth full price.
You have to wear a mask from the second you leave your room to the second you return. Save your money. Reschedule after this is all over.
Very good fun. May need more rides. But its a bit over commercialised. More shops than rides.
A great 3 park package which is a must visit if you're in Orlando, however be prepared for the on park prices!!
My family and I thuroughly enjoyed our four days at Universal. We stayed at Aventura and took the buses and boats to the parks. What a wonderful time!
Beautiful! It was like your were there in that country. Love the Vespas here and there. Great photo ops. Boat ride. The people were so accommodating. Food was great. Breakfast was so delicious. Lots of choices. Omelettes made to order. First time using the pool. It was great. Shade and sun spots. Loved the slide! Went down it six times! Definitely will be back again soon!!
In love of this place.. Drinks, food, staffing everything AMAZING!!
Had a great time
Visited 3 days, "Hagrids" ride was not operational pretty much every day. However, Harry Potters ride was awesome. Each park offers some really exciting attractions
Lots of things to do. Wife and I had a great honeymoon seeing all the different attractions and riding the rides. Loved it here!
Only have to say, thank you Universal's staff for making my daughter's birthday a day she will never forget. From personalized happy birthday songs, to ask the staff wishing her happy birthday in the rides, to the interactive displays singing her happy birthday. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I might regret this later, but for birthday's, Universal is better than Disney. The staff went so far as to be sure they got the pronunciation of her name right, but so slyly, you didn't even realize the question was made (did they train for that? Or is this new generation just that good at being sneaky). We went at the perfect time and during the week so wait times were minimal (30 minutes or less). We were able to do all the rides in less than two days so we really enjoyed all the park has to offer. Volcano Bay, we spent our third day there and were able again to do everything on offer there.
I have visited Universal a dozen times and have always had a great experience. Especially loved the new Harry Potter exhibit. If you get there early you can finish the entire park in a day even with the long wait line (some over an hour). We used the Universal app on our phones to find which rides had the shortest wait times and did those first. The food was even good at Hogwarts.
Great family time, I spent 3 days on these parks with my relatives and we had wonderful time enjoying all the rides, stores and restaurants. Our favorite part: Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
Unlimited funs, adventure themes are realistic. No matter how much pay here you will feel the worthiness of it
Best Place Ever I would highly recommend, however with that being said I would make sure to schedual plenty of days so you can enjoy the whole park. I would not recommend trying to cram everything into 1 day. I had a 15 day park pass for both parks so I was able to spend each day and take things at my own pace and ride my favorite rides twice.
Universal Orlando theme parks are for older kids 10+. Whole family can enjoy.... have activities, rides, Restaurants, wheelchair accessible rides.
Great day at the park. Lots to do and see. Family friendly and very clean . Some cast members need some training in being nicer to guest but overall a great park
Everything is to die for. You will share lot's of loving moments with your family and meet new friends. All staff are outstanding.
I paid over $550 for tickets and had a horrible time. Mainly due to the fact that I could not afford $150.00 per person more for Express passes to join the lines to get on rides quicker. Express lines are a great idea, unless they are ran through much more frequently than intended. I watched several times as Operators filled the rides from the Express Line, ignoring all others.
Ill never waste money here again. Ever.
Rides are notably for an older audience, but not in a bad way. The rides are much quicker than any you'll find at DisneyWorld, apart from Space Mountain perhaps. The shops and food isn't too expensive and tastes above average for a theme park. Overall an absolute blast
Second time going to Universal. There has been many changes since the last time being there. Best changes are Diagon Ally and the other Harry Potter world references. Simpsons ride was kinda disappointing for the wait in line but every other ride was worth the wait. Can definitely do both parks in one day especially if you use the express pass. But if you want to take your time and go in shops along the way I would recommend 2 days.
Volcano Bay is great especially with the watch and no wait policy. The aqua coaster was awesome. I still like Aquatica better though..
Very gud place, like it, do recocomend

Harry Potter land was amazing but very very crowded, even when the park is not very busy. As a family of HP fans we had an amazing time here for four days. The HP rides are the best in the park. Lunch at the three broomsticks was great, but the leaky couldron was mediocre. While many of the rides across the two parks are dated, the ones that were not made up for it. There are really only two rollercoasters here, but they are some of my favorite anywhere. The food is very hit or miss so if you get the quick service dining plan definitely do your homework. And if you have kids that actually eat, be sure and get them the adult dining plan. The kid's dining plan is a joke and almost as expensive.
We were unsure what to expect visiting during a pandemic.
The park did an excellent job of making us feel safe. There is sanitizer at every entrance and exit. You are given sanitizer by a ride attendant before entering the ride and sanitizer machines are present at the exits.
Everyone wore masks and policed themselves to be sure of social distancing.
They took extra effort in making sure you know they are thankful you're there and they are able to work.
We went on a Thursday. The lines were no longer than 30 minutes and it was not even close to capacity. We rode every single ride at Studios.
Great day!
Get the express pass no matter what you do. If you're doing it with just adults, you can pretty much do Universal Studios and the Islands of Adventure in just one day, make sure you get a park to park pass. Express can be used on all attractions except for Hagrid's motorbike ride, that's about a 2 hour wait regardless, so maybe plan that for after you eat. Such a fun time, definitely worth the money!
Love the park but Labor day weekend is not the time to go. Parks at capacity by 11. We left.
