The state should invest more in such buildings, especially where there are prestigious universities such as Medicine. The building would need urgent renovation.

A first-rate college in our country! You are hardly admitted here as a student, and it is even more difficult to complete your studies by the end! But those who manage to obtain a degree in medicine at the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine will be the best doctors!

The officials are super nice. The place is maintained.

I like that it has a kind of shop out there with sanvdis that are cheap and good on breaks from classes as it has coffee juice deals. Well worth it, I say good faculty

Beautiful building, but exams subjective, poorly trained staff, boring lectures and inutile.

I had a "90s education" with a lot of civil unrest, economic pain, political maneuvers by the student body, and by some of the shrewd and nepotistic old and new guard professors. And teaching was hit and miss,, teaching assistants were not paid well, some did not care. I learned more by studying for the US medical exams. I did enjoy about 6-7 rotations, maybe 10. My first salary coming out of school in 96 was about 50 $ monthly as an intern. I needed about 100 to subsist.
Maybe because the education was free, the State of Romania thought they should not pay us LOL. We were young, and I truly enjoyed the Bucharest arts, people and night life. And I now practice in the US. So, it was a great youth and life school.

A beautiful and ancient university and one of the strongest universities in the world I have studied medicine with a number of professors and proficient professors and with intelligent and wonderful colleagues and beautiful memories

Space, something you do not really meet in Bucharest!

The best medical school in the country. Exceptional teachers!

It is really nice to look at but if you do not leave Buc.you have the opportunity to walk long and well missing signs at the entrance to the streets you do not know what the street is - which street comes to the street and you find a rusty name

A gorgeous building, with great people. One of the finest higher education institutions in the country.

The hardest and most serious faculty in Romania. Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Two very large libraries, very beautiful inside, quiet, a lot of books (everything you need for college, for all subjects) and computers with internet.

Amphitheaters with old wooden furniture, but without damage. The Great Amphitheater looks great.

Laboratory rooms with dozens of microscopes for students in histology. In anatomy, the dissection room has real corpses on which students see the things they are learning.

Beautiful yard, a very neglected park, with broken benches.

In the faculty yard there is also the Swimming Pool, because during sports you can choose to swim.

It is difficult to enter Medicine in Bucharest.

UMF Carol Davila is the oldest and most prestigious medical university in Romania, founded a century and a half ago at the initiative of Carol Davila.
