Midland Dry Cleaners Review

They couldn't remove stains from my blazer, had to resend back one time. I didn't even try to get it clean the third time,as I understood they couldn't solve my problem.

They have ruined my Hobbs navy jacket with white piping and will not admit fault when the piping has turned a horrible grey colour.Hobbs have looked at the jacket and confirmed that it was not a manufacturing fault but a dry cleaning fault. More

Great service, I had given my blaser in for a nice deep clean wash and it came out to be stunning. Nice staff work there with polite manners. Brilliant.

They have damaged one of my trousers and then claimed that I had ironed it, staff very rude and absuive. Have been using dry cleaners for years so have no reason to iron a trouser. They have damaged it avoid at all costs go to timpsons and avoid the mid counties co-op that offer these services

Just collected my coat and ive lost my colour and it has bits on it which was not there before. If you like your clothes dont bring them their. Absolutely rubbish they need closing down!!!! Will be reporting them

Very poor customer service. Over 2 weeks I have been waiting for my daughters school coat to be cleaned. 1 week passed and they called to advise cost would be more due to coat being padded, 1 week on still waiting even though I was advised it would be back at Nisa local Tuesday 23-Oct. I made a special journey to find it had not come back.

People that answer the telephone need to receive training on customer service and take no ownership of any problems. When I complained I was told that it was not her fault, not a coat she has worked on and can't comment. I have yet to make another journey to see if coat is back at Nisa.

Took 3 weeks to return wool dressing gown through their outlet in Spar Ludlow. There is no evidence of even an attempt to clean this - smells stale and has dinner marks on. They had they cheek to put a label on saying couldn't get marks out but it wasn't dry cleaned at all! And they were going to charge me - for NOTHING! Spar manager said she wouldn't charge and they'd had loads of complaints about these cleaners from other customers. Avoid these people like the plague!

Took in my one of a kind costume after a screenwash accident.
I honestly thought it was a goner.
Not only has the stain completely gone but absolutely no damage to my item.

Outstanding customer service. I gave my clothes to wash and they came out sparkly clean and smelling as fresh as febreeze. I highly recommend this business to everyone who wishes to get their clothes washed or cleaned.
