Very friendly. Excellent customer service. There are mixed feelings about towing companies, I'm sure the people who get towed don't like them and the people they rescue on the side of the road love them. I was neither but the person on the phone took time out of their day to go above and beyond & assist me.

Was in need of a tow truck last minute and our driver Evan made it quick and easy. They are very affordable and great at what they do.

In the nearly two decades I've been driving, I've never needed to call for a tow truck. Until today. My car's alternator died and I found myself on the shoulder of the highway. Recommended by a friend, I called Unitow and my car was hooked up by a driver within half an hour. The driver was polite and I can happily say my first experience involving a tow truck was a good one.

Courteous driver attended our breakdown. Assured us he would deliver our car to our mechanic. Reasonable price and genuine compassion under stressful situation. I would recommend.

Worst tow guys
I was working in a construction zone and they just tow away my car. Like are u guys serious. Like u can guys can go down too much to earn some money. Shame on u guys
