In the nearly two decades I've been driving, I've never needed to call for a tow truck. Until today. My car's alternator died and I found myself on the shoulder of the highway. Recommended by a friend, I called Unitow and my car was hooked up by a driver within half an hour. The driver was polite and I can happily say my first experience involving a tow truck was a good one.
