Leroux Review

I originally called another large local excavation company for my pole barn pad and wasn t very happy with their customer service when they came out to give me an estimate. LeRoux Companies was suggested to me by a family member and I couldn t be happier. The owner, Doug, came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate and was here within a few days to get the job done. The work he did here was far beyond my expectations and it was on point with his estimate. Doug has been running these machines since he was 12 and it shows! If you re looking for a experienced, honest and genuine excavation contractor in or around North Branch, call LeRoux Companies!

Doug did a great job guiding us in the best way to regrade our driveway for our needs. He listened to our concerns and helped us create a great driveway that works with our landscaping and runoff needs. He paid attention to the details, which we greatly appreciated!

Doug did a fantastic job and was so easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job within the time he said it would take. His employees were courteous and went above and beyond what I expected them to do. He also helped me set the correct height for my new Pole Barn and made sure everything would drain properly so I wouldn't have issues in the future. I would highly recommend LeRoux Companies.

Doug is a genuinely nice guy who does fantastic work. I hired him to excavate a frost footing trench and adjacent parking pad for a garage foundation in St Paul. Work was done on time at a reasonable price. Very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Customer Service was very rude and Estimator didn't show up on the day agreed to, or even call as Customer Service said he would!

The conversation today finally amounted to me telling her that we won't be bothering them any more. Her "attitude" was that of us bothering her!

Her story changed three 4 times (Can estimate, but work can't get done until end of August. Too busy to estimate. Work can't begin until September some time, then finally, There's a waiting list!

For heavens sake, please at least be HONEST and say you're not taking ANY new work, or estimating for ANY new work right now, if in fact that is the truth.

All we got was a run around. The owner needs to know this, if he doesn't already,

And Frankly, we did NOT get her last email, as I suspect she never sent it! We've gotten the other emails from their company just fine!

Super rude customer service. They talk to you like you owe them something.

When we started the process of building our new garage, I didn't even know what an excavator was. We called a few local places and LeRoux Companies provided the most prompt and best customer service. Doug was out here within a few days and had our estimate the next day as promised. Doug goes above and beyond in providing his expertise at all aspects of our building project. He always kept us informed to what was going on, gave us ideas we would have never thought of. We highly recommend LeRoux Companies, you absolutely can't go wrong :)
