Worth a guided tour, it takes about an hour, especially if you have children, it is a solemn place that educates to the construction and maintenance of peace.

Was an extraordinary great guide and gave an impression of the many attempts to bring peace and to help the disadvantaged, the victims and the oppressed.
Register and enter from the other building. ID card for those over 18 years old. English tour is not difficult.
I recommend it, I bought the ticket with the guide and it was fantastic !!!
Beautiful building with lots of fascinating art and information. Definitely worth it to spend time there on a tour when in NYC.
Shoutout to the security officers! They are so friendly, helpful and kind.
Tours are great and you can even go inside of some meeting rooms as the meetings go on and have a quick 30-40 sec real UN experience with a high level meeting. Great experience.
Fascinating tour of the United Nations. It's interesting to learn about the history of the organization. On the one hand, it's admirable that it has such lofty ideals and goals and have managed to keep us out of another world war since it's inception.
It's frustrating that they are not able to do more to reduce all the suffering in the world.
There are all sorts of incredible gifts from different countries to see. They have exhibitions and art on display. The tour guide was very knowledgeable.
Get there early because it takes time to get through security.
Check out the gift shop!
Guided tour very clear and complete.
We loved it
One place I would like to visit. Not sure why but I still have the imprint of the picture in my brain from my middle school book.
Highly qualified guides, interesting tour nice calm area outside to plan your next move
We were lucky enough to visit it to plug a morning due to rain. Beautiful visit, which I would certainly do again and recommend to everyone, very very interesting and impressive
It is A Physical Global Platform, Massive Collection of World Pieces and Artifacts, and a Great Networking Space to Learn from Different People of Different Fields & Cultures.
An amazing building from the outside, but you can't just go see it... it's not open to the General Public.
Because of the importance of the place and the facilities to visit it
Great tour. Loved the information. Beautiful inside.
If you are in the corner anyway, you can also go there, but extra drive there I consider unnecessary;)
Tours for Japanese people are prepared, but I have not been held in a convenient time zone so I took part in English tour. Although I was in charge of being from Germany, I think that it is advisable to take an English tour because I was spoken very intelligible English.
The UNH, a place you must visit if you have yhe chance. The building is beautiful, and when you enter the first thing you see is a Nelson Mandela statue.
This site has something magical that is simple, simple but captivating
IT IS A BUILDING THAT IMPACTS YOU BY ITS SIZE THE COLORFUL OF ALL THE FLAGS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS. WE DID A GUIDED VISIT AND EXPLAINED A LITTLE HISTORY, SOME VERY INTERESTING ANECDOTES. A LITTLE WE WERE SEEING "IMPOSSIBLE MISSION OF TOM GRUISE" AND COMES OUT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THIS BUILDING MUCH BETTER IN REALITY THAN IN FICTION !!
For anyone vaguely interested in diplomacy this is a must-see; it's worth taking the guided tour which leads you through all the main chambers and the tour guides are very engaging. One caveat - it's $20 per person
Put it in for a fee.
I did not enter, but just looking at it from the outside, it is a magnificent sight, so please try going once.
Brst organization. peaceful nation for world. like New York city.love America
Touching place as the main purpose of UN is peace. Security badge maybe take up to 1h to wait.
Inspiring & the tour guide was fabulous and extremely knowledgable. Great day.
Nice building, solid location. It's a shame the space isn't being used for something useful.
Fantastic place, everything very organized and amazing visit.
When the UN / UN implemented the SDGs massively for global basic rights justice. Because the number of members keeps increasing and changing all the time due to the collapse of the old country and the birth of a new country.
Absolutely amazing place to visit. The history and exhibits are incredible, and you can see where the member nations meet.
Amazing collection of wonderful people working to make the world a better place.
Very interesting to see for the meaning it has and for the works of art.
A great building that serves an important purpose. If you're on the east side of Manhattan you might as well check this place out, you won't regret it.
Great to be able to visit such a great institution that carries so many of the hopes and aspirations of man- and woman- kind
Odporucam navstivit. The tour could be a little longer (within 1 hour) and with more information
