From start to finish, Paula s professional and friendly approach has made a potentially stressful occurrence extremely straight forward. Ultimately I didn't progress mortgage due to other factors but worked with Dawn over period of months and always found her polite, helpful and very quick to respond and progress things.
I really don't understand the poor reviews Conti Mortgages Overseas received. I found this company extremely friendly and professional. Dawn has been great, top professional. All I had to do is what they asked me to provide them, that's it. They provided me a great mortgage and they made my dreams come true! Thank you so much guys!
I had to rate them 1 as I couldn't give them a minus rating. This company and Dawn the broker was a complete joke from start to finish. Poor communication it also took over 8 weeks to submit an application there was no collaboration to work towards achieving a mortgage and at every opportunity Dawn was negative and obstructive.
Needless to say I used a different Spanish broker for my mortgage as I lost faith in Dawn and conti and it's a good job I did as the mortgage with Dawn was rejected and she wasn't apply to offer any further advice or assistance and no clear explanations as to why the mortgage wasn't offered.
Fortunately for me I went with a proper broker who advised me appropriately and got me a decent mortgage minus all the stress.
I would avoid conti mortgages at all costs. It's not worth the money or the headache.
Rated very poor! They were not clear about the information required for an application and when I decided to withdraw (before the application was made) they still charged me the application processing fee, even though nothing had been processed! They are refusing to refund so beware!
