united drywall ltd. Review

A zero star would be more approprieted to this drywall company.
A clear, short term vision they obviously have.
They under pay their own trades and even make them do free work, meaning making them do extra work and not pay them for it.
No industry and moral rules they follow and extremely poor quality they provide due to not paying accordingly per market prices.
I would never do busines or work for a company with such narrow vision and abusing of their own trades.

One of the worst service, They did fix of bonus ceiling. The person who fix the ceiling cause more damages to home then fixing.

Trevor and his people are great. They were quick and efficient and pleasant to deal with. They did a great job! Would highly recommend.

I have hired United Drywall to do my basement. Initially the relations were quite good. I had my blueprints over to their sales which they have used to do their quotation. I have outlined my deadline for the project and was assured that all will be done in time and I'd be impressed. Some disconnect came about when supervisor came for initial assessment. He came alone once. The next day when I was expecting work to start as was promised he came with the crew, but with no tools or materials. Then it went completely bananas. Crew was always late and sometimes not showing up at all giving me excuses that they have forgot that it was a big football game and they didn't have my number to call. Quality wise there were a lots of shortcuts and I had to redo some of it myself. Taper was quite good - name is Omar. I wish I dealt with him directly...
Eventually drywall crew ran out of materials and didn't finish 1.5 wall in utility room, which they probably believed not important and that how this all ended. All that didn't prevent them to send me an invoice few surcharges for all the "extra" work they had to do. All project was supposed to take a week and it is over two months now and it still not resolved.
To summarize - if you don't want to do most of the supervision yourself I strongly recommend to avoid United Drywall and All-Wall (their affiliate) for your building projects.

We have built 3 homes and have had United Drywall provide their services and trades in all three builds. We have been very happy with the services they provided. We have and would recommend them to anyone looking for drywall services.

Difinetely waste of time.. they visit my place 4 times to complete the repair but at the end it's just a waste of time. I called the builder and told me them the issue. They ask if I wanted them back but no thanks.. I'll fix it muself. I wish I can upload the image just to be fair with them.
