I'd be careful on attending their "webinars" regarding the HPAP program. My GF and I participated in the 2 hour program and there wasn't any follow-up. The same day we emailed them asking for the next steps and for our certificate and they never responded. We never received our certificates. I'd try HPAP counseling services offered by other agencies, given that this particular agency does not value the 2 hours spent, learning about the program.

First let me say this for the negative ppl no one tell us to get behind in our rent bc they are here to help and they do just that so please don't come for them by lying I love them they always HELP ME ok never give me a hard way to go love them they are the only ones that i know that will help with assistance thank you...

Wish I could give a zero during these times. I've had an application that needed assistance since October. It's November smh, no decision reached on my case, the lack of communication from the representatives make no sense.

They have you running around hoope constantly looses your paperwork don't return calls or do there jobs they sct like they don't wanna help you

This organization is friendly and able to provide answers on DC housing needs. Their orientations are very informative and can set you in the right direction for exploring housing options.

There should be directions on their site about the location. You literally have to pass the building number that would be after their in numerical order, to stumble across an alley with a sign telling you to walk to the top of the alley. As a pregnant woman, I was concerned and especially with the time my class would end. I prayed it would end before dark so I would have to walk through an alley alone at that time. Other than that, service was great and the instructor was amazing! This was on January 9, 2018.

They are very helpful, they paid my back rent 4 years ago.
