I go to this store because I have to drop documents to be overnight. I visit it several times a week. Always find good customer service and professional environment.

The staff are always pleasant and offer a smile when I walk through the door. When I call them for a question they are knowledgeable and I always get a answer. All my experiences at the store have been great!
The blond-ish lady who wears her hair in a ponytail is always so rude. We go in there for business regularly and she never smiles and is very short with everyone.
I sent a package through them and it never made it to its destination, I called and asked about it, and was told because I sent it first class mail it was my problem not theirs. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
I live in Tennessee and had to have a package shipped from at hotel in Columbus. The customer service provided was exemplary! Super nice, extremely helpful people!
Our business uses the UPS Store for shipping and receiving and it has been awesome! Having the option to have our packages shipped here for pickup has made things so much easier for us. Service has always been quick and friendly. We get 2-4 deliveries a week and sometimes have items to ship, so we get quite a bit of use of this service. I recommend the UPS Store to anybody who needs a place to have packages delivered. I haven't needed to take advantage of any of their other services, but they have quite a few to pick from.
I sent my grandson a gaming monitor and somewhere in the trip it was damaged. Upon receiving it my daughter filed a claim to get it replaced and the manager Sharon worked tirelessly to get the claim fulfilled!
This is definitely a not to go one! They charged the lady before me $1 just for a small piece of tape! And I couldn t do my return since they are a franchise and don t carry UPS pouches!
Called to see when notary service was available showed up 25 minutes before just to be told they d be back tomorrow. Update: went back in the next day and notary was very kind and apologetic only leaving at 4 stars because they need to have hours For notary posted
Terrible service and no clear line, just a mob of people, which is great during a pandemic...
NONE of the 4 employees working with customers were wearing masks during a global pandemic when the CDC advised ALL those out in public wear masks. While some hodgepodge tape was on the floor, the tape sections were not nearly far enough apart (1-2 feet) & customers were allowed to completely pack the store. That s a big NOPE from me. I ll go elsewhere.
Went in with Easter baskets I was going to ship to daughter in military. The lady I spoke with was great. She smiled and was very pleasant. She took measurements of the baskets and got a box to fit them and told me price of box and shipping to Philadelphia when I realized I didn t have street address. I told her I would obtain Street address and return. Well I returned today and was waited on by a person that was not at all pleasant. I told her about coming in prior and the cost I was previously told. She measured, got a box and kept repeating over and over I don t know how she got that! (Price) She told me it would be $10 dollars more. $19.00 to ship and $18.00 for the box. With her nasty attitude, I went elsewhere and guess what, I shipped it at the cost of the first PLEASANT lady! All I have to say to the owners of this store, please work on the attitude of this person (she didn t have a name tag, but I am sure she has been nasty with other people and would be easy to identify) or you may lose more business.
Took care of everything and exactly what we needed done
What ever short little blonde haired girls name is. She needs to learn how to be more friendly. Her attitude and her mono toned voice was horrible customer service.
This store somehow managed to lose three items that were supposed to be shipped with my laptop. I got the laptop, but that doesn't make up for the extremely poor customer service the shipper and I have received in trying to locate the three lost items. The items have not been recovered (one of which includes the laptop CHARGER), and even with insurance on the shipment, they will not make any sort of amends. Judging by the size of the box, the items were never shipped (as they claim they were), and were clearly disregarded and likely thrown away at this store. I'm extremely upset and distraught as one of the three lost items was a sweater that holds great sentimental value to me. For about a month now, customer service has just given us the run around and we are not at all impressed. We will no longer be using UPS for any future shipments for either of our businesses.
Fast service and helpful staff. I always pick up my UPS my choice package and dropoff my packages here for shipping.
I brought in a packaged pellet gun ready to ship, they asked what was in it. I said a pellet gun. Their manager absolutely refused to ship it. UPS ships firearms, ammunition, explosives, and all kinds of other things and this lady refused to ship a pellet gun. Their was nothing I needed to put on the box in order to ship it she just absolutely refused she said we don t do that here! So I left and immediately went to FedEx and they were more than happy to ship my package.
Should learn how to pick the phone up when someone is calling
I paid extra for 2 day delivery for a package to my Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton. UPS failed to deliver. I had to call to inquire as to why there was a delay. I was told I didn t have my son s name correct (not true), I was told they couldn t find the address (who can t find Camp Pendleton?), I was told they needed to speak with my son. My son called them, and they asked him how to get there. Then asked him if he d just come pick it up (a 40 min drive one way). So he does, and they didn t even have the package. They had miraculously decided to delivered it and not call him and let him know not to make the 1.5 hour trip! This all started Aug 17th, 2020. It is now Dec 3, 2020 and I still don t have a refund. I ve spoken to the manager multiple times, with no follow up on her part; just a bunch of run-a-round. I have my receipt- she s agreed they failed, yet fails to refund my money. Extremely poor business!!! UPS is raising their prices during a pandemic. They re busier than ever, and really sockin it to the people! Can t be trusted! If I could do zero stars on this review, I would!!!
Have used this location many times. The staff are friendly, and helpful. They will do what they can to offer options that fit your specific needs.
Be prepared to wait forever for the notary, no one seems to do more than play on their phones. Awful service
Sandy was SO kind and helpful. I had a ridiculous deadline because FEDEX had let me down. Sandy and UPS made it happen! Bye bye FedEx!
Very poor customer service. The staff refused to offer tape for the box I wanted to ship. I had to buy a cheap tape(Which was very overpriced) for a $7 shipment.
I REGRET using UPS. First it is extremely costly, secondly they will frequently lose/steal important stuff and don't pay for damages. You are better off with any other postal service.
not helpful at all. i ve been trying to locate a package that was delivered to the wrong address. found the person who did receive the package and he brought it back to the ups store. the kid at the counter brushed it off, didn t look, didn t care, and didn t even try to help. really frustrating and unimpressive. ship fedex.
I was told the notary is there until 4:30, show up at 4:15 to be told they left at 4:00.
Always call 5 minutes before you arrive to verify notary is still there or you will be making multiple trips for nothing.
Went and printed wedding invitations here that I bought off etsy. Super cheap and good quality. I had to trim the edges, but when I was deciding where to print them, every print shop has a few reviews that say they had to trim. Customer service was great. She reprinted two of the cards (about 30 pages) worth of linen finish because the color started to fade. Also repositioned them on the computer to use less paper.
