UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. Review

They blocked my account after leaving Prague and now I need to fight for my funds because their online banking app only has the capability of recognizing the Czechs ID cards.
My recommendation would be to stay away from this bank.
The Customer Experience & Complaints Management representative basically made fun of me when I tried to explain that it is literally unacceptable to treat a client in such a way.
Worst banking experience I've ever had.
I don't know if I'll ever be able to access my account again.

I believe that for many people the visits of the bank are lengthy and possibly unpleasant. But my experience with this branch's personal was more than a mile! Mainly Ing. Pavla Bazanowska and Ing Martin Lang sent me out and everything went very warmly. Yes, financial matters take longer than other errands, but one has to count on it.

Not telling the clients the truth and mistaking themselves when opening an account does not make a very good impression. I am quite unpleasantly surprised by the treatment of clients. You should read the price list before setting up your account!

Poor costumer skills... over and over and over. Poor knowledge of banking. It took 5 different visits ,in order to close an account. Ridiculous

Unhelpful staff

Was told to "check the website". Gee, thanks, that's what I came in person for.

Beware rip-off! At a withdrawal, a lousy course was offered. Instead of 26, 22 crowns per euro. Overall, the bank has branched off just under 40 in the withdrawal for themselves.
