It has been years and still they can't fix "Little Big Planet 3"
I have contact the community manager over one issue and I only got "Oh, yeah. We are aware of the issue. " And still, years later, haven't get a solution for it.

Get a taxi. Parking is a joke. They seem to have so many staff each of which must have two cars each, for such a small area there are more cars than a dealership!

Thanks for destroying a golden franchise. You took Little Big Planet 3 and then completely ruined it, with bugs, horrible online, and so much more. You've nearly killed the game if not already killed it, and it's been 5 years since its come out. Either fix the game for once, or make a new game that's ACTUALLY decent. Sure, the new sackthings are a cool concept, but you really had to erase functions like picking up decor and stickers from public levels? Some levels REVOLVE around that mechanism. Thanks for throwing my childhood and the childhoods of many other into a dumpster fire, Sumo.

Give up Dead Island 2 before you ruin it. Look at all the other garbage you've made and consider the choice you're making; Don't ruin this game, give it to someone else.
