I forget that in Alaska we're 3-4 hours earlier than most distributors. The very late hour didn't seem to bother Joe- Even on a Saturday- when he answered the emergency help line. He took time out of his evening and drove to the office to get us the information we needed. Stellar service! Thanks Joe!

Quality products with tech support for everyone. There's plenty of scale manufacturers with little to no support, these guys are all over it. They do make lesser quality parts for those on a budget, but tell them what you need and they'll find what works best for your application. Made for Americans by Americans.
Management cares nothing about the working people there. There are 2 different classes here: the peons and the uppities. The uppities get preferential treatment.
I don't understand how you can sell a product, and hire individuals that know nothing about the product. Have had many issues and none of the issues were resolved due to incompetent customer service representatives. I actually had to tell THEM how to do/view/edit certain things on our scale system. I highly recommend others to search elsewhere for a scale software - you do not want this one.
