Don't ring the 1300 number as customer service is shocking and stay away from Elyse as she has no telephone conversation skills. She will interrupt you while you are trying to explain what is that, that you are after. Head office is a better option, but they will still transfer your call. I recommend firm telephone manner and insist on finishing your sentences. I hope you will be more successful dealing with this company. I just wish that this feedback could be more specific as dealing with head office was a much nicer experience.

Having broken the first draw, returning and getting a new kit, I worked out the draw cam/Quickfit does not align. All kits will have the same problem being made in the same jig. Emailing Uncle Bill's for a solution with clear images, a polite girl with zero technical experience tried but obviously couldn't help. After a week of phoning and trying to explain, no one helped. I made my own solution and continued.
After about a total of 4 hours of work the cabinet was completed.
** guess what? the draws are too short for mens/boys shoes ie useless to me.
Uncle Bills is obviously an importer, trying to get the cheapest prices with no quality control. If one unit could be assemble it would be obvious.

WOW! How amazing is Uncle Bills. Their service centre is extraordinary. Elyse helped with my enquiry and later followed up with me. Uncle bills electronic products are so affordable and easy to replace parts. I wish they sold to more major companies.
We bought a chest of drawers in April but began to assemble in August only to find we had the same two ends of the chest not mirror images of the ends. We found Tracey Perrin at Uncle Bill's action spares very help, courteous and patient in getting our problem sorted out. Customer relations are clearly important to this firm.
