Ricoh never again! First we are given a device that is not as discussed. Ok bad luck, 5 years have to be fulfilled. Neither the technical department nor the service are recommended. After more than 10 years as a customer with this company, the termination arrives too late on the first day (yes, OK, you could say it's your own fault, I should have included the Corona crisis in my shipping), the contract will be extended for another 12 months! You can't let customers wait 30 minutes (or not answer at all) until you report an order or a defect. Your customers also have customers who are looking for reliability. Maybe you should just increase the staff, otherwise you can no longer recommend the shop.

Every time we wait forever for the technician. In fact, there are still enough companies that believe they are too big to fail. Haughtiness comes before the event.
If you then hear that not all service technicians are due. Short-time work is in use; But if you have a lot of work, then something doesn't fit together and has a specialty for me.
Since we are already very far with digitization, we are - thank God - more and more independent of such service "partners".
