Don't ring the 1300 number as customer service is shocking and stay away from Elyse as she has no telephone conversation skills. She will interrupt you while you are trying to explain what is that, that you are after. Head office is a better option, but they will still transfer your call. I recommend firm telephone manner and insist on finishing your sentences. I hope you will be more successful dealing with this company. I just wish that this feedback could be more specific as dealing with head office was a much nicer experience.
