Tony and the entire Team have been great with helping us with our security needs. The people show up in uniform and are always professional. They have always been punctual and alert. They have been a great help for us on many occasions.

Have been using this service for at least a year. Professionally run business from the human interactions as well as punctuality of their service. Following them also provides info on our society which generally doesn't make the new. I would recommend!

This company was contracted by a group of us about a year ago when they were brought to my attention by a neighbour.

I can honestly say that it has been one of the best investments we have made in our home, family and for our peace of minds.

Their 24 hour patrol, coupled with their alarm monitoring has really put us at ease. As is happening to many neighbourhoods just like ours, we were not immune to being targeted for break ins and other types of vandalism.

I have 2 children who get dropped off from school and knowing that the area is now patrolled makes me feel better while my spouse and I are at work. It s also great to know that someone is watching our house while on vacation or when we are away for any number of reasons.

I can honestly say that I wish we had done this years ago. It is money well spent. But I guess better late than never applies here. Glad to have your company helping keep us safe. JG

Worst experience ever!
Dont ever go to this place for job!

Because of Covid lockdowns, our strip mall was closed for a few weeks. We didn't want any trouble or mess so we had extra security patrol at night and also upgraded our CCTV. The work was done in a timely manner, very satisfied.

Horrible management, rude, gave me super hard time when ill and when i was in hospital, just a horrible experience. No one should be treated like this.

Absolutely a garbage company who is running a scam they recycle uniforms and are attempting to deduct uniform rentals without reimbursing the cost upon your final paycheck when you quit the company it's absolutely insane do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague they are scam artists plain and simple only decent person working for them is Simon Shirley he's a stand up guy

Due to Covid-19, we had to temporarily close our warehouse, and we were worried about theft and so on. We hired them to patrol for us and the team was great with their mobile patrol unit.

Our community has been hard hit with home invasions and car thefts and Ultimate Security provided us with increased patrol in our neighborhood. Their presence for sure has helped deter thieves.

We recently expanded our warehouse in Toronto and needed to install security cams to monitor 24/7. Ultimate Security delivered a great experience for us, setting up CCTVs throughout the premises and providing us with great customer service.

Irresponsible HR staff. They do not know how to send invitation for an interview to someone with all the details. I applied for patrol supervisor position and got an interview call. Then, I asked about my age concers, they said they have no issues regarding age and then on the interview day, they had the same problem that I am too young for them. I recommend not to deal with them at all.

Unfortunately we lost our retail store this summer, we had to shutdown because coronavirus hurt our business. We were quite worried that while we tried to find a place to store our merch, that someone might get the wrong idea and perhaps break-in and steal. Ultimate Security came through with a mobile security team and believe it or not actually caught someone nup to no good.
