Been working with Ultimate Security Services for over 2 years now, I have gained so much information and so much experience. I have tried working with all the other security companies, I find they are either way too big and you are unnoticed or too small and very inexperienced. Ultimate is a mid size company that shows their employees that they mean everything to the company. that we are the first line and come first before everything else. Even the owner comes out, meets and patrols with us from time to time. Shows that he wants to be there for us when needed. I had a personal problem and went in to the office and the owner had no issues speaking with directly. very friendly and was very accommodating. I have moved up in the company because they had noticed I was hard working and trying my best.
