Poor customer service and communication . Extremely rude about payment due dates for trips MONTHS in advance but when a pandemic hits AND EVERY OTHER TRAVEL RELATED BUSINESS has refunded money IN FULL... we are still waiting 7 months later. Get told end of the month repeatedly then all the sudden no response to emails at all. Hope my hard earned money helped you keep your doors open a little longer so you could rob other people.
I never write reviews... but... Whomever it was that spoke with me (a Man, probably the owner) Did not seem to want to check into booking a trip for me. LOL! Seriously! I asked him for a few ideas for a Caribbean family vacation in July. He told me it was hurricane season and that it wouldn't be a good idea. GREAT advice.. Don't get me wrong, here. I am aware of their rainy season.... It was the fact that he didn't offer any help... nor any solutions... It was very strange. Anyhow... I tend to steer clear of people that don't want business, nor to make any money. May 2nd, 2016... 10.06am Just hung up with the guy. I'll never call this company again.
