Poor customer service and communication . Extremely rude about payment due dates for trips MONTHS in advance but when a pandemic hits AND EVERY OTHER TRAVEL RELATED BUSINESS has refunded money IN FULL... we are still waiting 7 months later. Get told end of the month repeatedly then all the sudden no response to emails at all. Hope my hard earned money helped you keep your doors open a little longer so you could rob other people.
