Completed a transaction with this company more than a month ago and have yet to get my commission. My broker has reached out, but no one has responded. Agents beware.

To fellow Realtors:
I've been a Realtor for over 11 years. Ultima Real Estate is my fourth broker. I have been part of Ebxx Halxxxxx and ReMxx, two big name brokers in Texas. This broker's accessibility, educational classes offered, and business contacts are the same as the bigger name brokers. The amount of hard earned money we get to keep is not the same, Ultima let's us keep so much more! They're not a percentage based broker.

To all clients and consumers:
Brokers trust the Realtors they sponsor will be honest and professional. If you ever have an issue with any Realtor you should contact their broker to report it. When brokers know of a problem they will definitely get involved. Most brokers have hundreds of agents and cannot control what each of them thinks, says and does. Speak out :-) Also, some of the issues you may face may actually be with the lender, appraiser, title company, etc... Always ask who's behind the decision that's making you unhappy and tackle the issue with them.

If they can't manage to answer the phone then I don't see how they can manage to bust their ass for you and sell a house...

Tried setting up a house tour and then asked for help with the application process and they either completely ignored me or didn't provide any useful information at all.

Tried to schedule a home tour for a property listed by Julia who was rude and refused to help me after asking for my driver's license by text message and seeing that I am black. Said we weren't a fit.

The best place to buy or sell a home in my opinion.

no one answers their phone-get an answering machine saying there is no one there to help you. feel sorry for the home owner of this property

Run from this real estate company as fast as you can whether you are a buyer or a seller. As a seller, this company used an appraiser that tried to appraise our property at HALF its actual value and used so-called comparisons that nowhere near matched our property. When our real estate agent sent comps to Ultima's real estate agent to prove the true value of our property, she never received a reply. This real estate agency tried to low-ball us, but we didn't fall for it. We canceled the home sales contract instead of being low-balled and put the home back on the market.

I have never posted an online review before. However, I thought that this case necessitated it. I would strongly recommend that you do not do business with this company. We worked with them earlier this month and it was a nightmare. We were not able to get into our place, the agent was not available to let us in, and we were left to guess the code, only getting in many hours after arriving. When we attempted to contact multiple real estate agents for the company, they were no help and one actually hung up on us. In addition, we were made a preliminary offer for our troubles, which was then ultimately rescinded when we returned. The whole experience with the real estate agent (Michelle Adams) and the real estate company (Ultima Real Estate) could not have been worse.

Dealt with Joseph Borrego out of San Antonio. He was the absolute worst real estate agent. Always late. Failed to follow up. Lacked any kind of communication. Paperwork wrong. Too much to list. Only received 1 star because that was the lowest choice to submit otherwise it would have been a zero.

I'm a first time buyer ,I used a agent by the name of Keleisha Fuller out of the Dallas, TX location this person is horrible settling is her best Resolution for her Clients, my home is a new build they installed damaged used insulation in the home her words give them a chance to fix it, they did after I threaded to walk away, that installed a badly damaged bathtub in the master bathroom, her words they said they will patch all the cracks on 30% of the bathtub I said no the tub need to be replaced, the builder said no he's going to patch it first so I stated I wasn't going to purchase the home if it wasn't replaced, my agent voiced opinion saying she has a problem with me always wanting to walk away, to top that off I have a issue with how nasty the construction workers were so I brought it to the builder attention and my agent, she stated to me Mr Davis they will do their job and clean your home she said all I do is complain, so guess who cleaned the pizza boxes Coke cans and food droppings and water bottles with urine in the bottles from underneath the stairs and behind the fireplace as drywall workers were there to enclose all that trash behind the walls, me Mr Davis, this woman even gave her job less mother my name to contact me on social media and that's probably not all her detailed to her mother, she asked had I ever dated a white woman I said no she stated her mother a different kind of white woman she date black men, really my agent Keleisha Fuller stated to me out of the 6 years she been in realtor state she's never had a customer this hard to please, this woman even hung up on me and didn't communicate with me for a month my lender Kaydee Guerrero stepped in and did a awesome job representing me as my realtor and lender, so people please be careful on your choices of a realtor and the company they work for before you sign the contract I can not get rid of this horrible agent, we have had so many other issues that I don't have room on this review to address, I wish I would have did my research now that I see these people reviews buyers beware Keleisha Fuller is fake from head to toe inside and out. I couldn't post this comment unless I gave a star which these deserve a O rating.

I received an email from Diego Giraldo, I called and ask for Diego the lady agent that answered the phone refused to pass me over to him and hung up on me. When I called back to ask for him again she hung up on me again!. I was very disappointment especially if this is how they run a business, I can only imagine how they treat there clients !!

I have been an agent for many years and have gone through my fair share of brokers. Ultima has been the best brokerage firm that I have ever been a part of. The broker is attentive and available for all of his agents. The staff is quick to answer questions and help when needed. Their trainings are top notch and they really go out of their way to help me to be the best agent I can.
