I received an email from Diego Giraldo, I called and ask for Diego the lady agent that answered the phone refused to pass me over to him and hung up on me. When I called back to ask for him again she hung up on me again!. I was very disappointment especially if this is how they run a business, I can only imagine how they treat there clients !!
