Very dishonest people. They give you a price and when they feel they are going to work with you, they warn you that you have to pay 20% more VAT. Then, they tell you that if there are few things it is half the price but in the end they ask for more than half the price.

They made a move in the same building where I was emptying my storage room, and they took pieces that did not belong to their move but to mine. They were not careful to see that they took other people's things and on top of that, when they found them, they told me that they had thrown the pieces away because the client told them they were not theirs. Man I say that even if the client had told them that, he is not the one to decide what to do with something that is not his. For professionalism they should have kept it for at least a couple of days in case someone claimed it, and more having furniture repository as they told me. I paid insurance and they don't take over. In my new home the mattress on the floor without a bed base. The furniture repository was absolutely disorganized. The worst company I ever worked with. They took my things away. Said first one price than after they packed and put all in tracks they said different price. After that they said I have to pay 50% in advance Wich I prepared in a previous amount it was 1500. Now they keep my things I don t know where and I don t know what to do. They refuse to drive out. Never use this company they are liars and cheaters. They left all garbage in a flat other companies I used were always taking all garbage away. House in ruins.

The secretary who picks up the phone does not know what day he lives on, yesterday, the 29th, I called to ask for the day and time to make the move and the man says "tomorrow at 8:00" (bone day 30). I show up at the house at 8:00 on the 30th and when I see that they did not arrive I call him again and he tells me that he had signed up for the next day (for day 1) ... total a disaster and the man an unfriendly of balls, in the end I arrived at 1:20 pm that same day, not recommended.

Seriously?? I told them what the fish tank was like.

They plug the elevator into your electricity (I don't want to see the bill as it will come) and they go round and round with the truck before entering my street, then the elevator, all that duly charged at the end!
