I looked on zapp map where I could charge my car as I was desperate for charge. My car is full battery. I asked if I could use it just to get enough to get somewhere else to charge and I got told no. Why have a charger location public if you're not prepared to help anyone out!

Really bad service. Emailed with request for quote, didn't receive a reply. Called and was given email address to send quote request to. Sent the email, 2 days later received a call from another company who have had my emailed forwarded to them. Terrible service!
The customer service is absolutely awful. On first communication with a sales person, we dealt the Jason Claridge, the company seems like they genuinely want to help and Jason did look into better rates for us, so much so that we placed an order with them. This was our mistake! After placing the order on a promise of 2 - 3 working days for delivery, it was then shipped 2 days late! There was little to no apology for this error. So our print arrived late. Then, I was sent an invoice for an incorrect amount for the order. I told Jason about this and he sent me and email with "I ll get this sorted for you now apologies." That was 2 days ago and still no corrected invoice. Then to rub salt in I got a call from their accounts department yesterday chasing payment...for the wrong amount! After speaking with Jason today it is clear that there is a lot of promising and not much delivery at Ultima Displays. There are clear communication issues that their management team should address. We had a lot of business to send their way and they missed out by ignoring the basic needs of the customer. It's a real shame as I found Jason to be very helpful, but sadly it appears he couldn't deliver on his promises or simply didn't care. We gave them a chance and received the worse customer care we have ever received from a supplier...ever.
Absolutely awful, after years of working with them we have decided to go else where. The company has completely fallen apart, orders have been consistently wrong over the past 8 months and even the smallest order will result in 8 or more advisors passing the blame between departments. UTTER DISGRACE
A recent visit to Corby has shown what a massive investment Ultima are making in state of the art equipment and well trained personnel. Their move into digital markets could prove very interesting!!

We placed an order for 5 x roller banners that were required urgently, upon chasing it was discovered (on the day of deadline) that they had no record of the order. We had to order a second time, and they let us down again and delivered it a day late! The main issue was the total lack of communication, and radio silence in times of need. Our very own account manager totally disappeared, the issue was only resolved by the head of client services and even she let us down. Do not recommend.
