The customer service is absolutely awful. On first communication with a sales person, we dealt the Jason Claridge, the company seems like they genuinely want to help and Jason did look into better rates for us, so much so that we placed an order with them. This was our mistake!
After placing the order on a promise of 2 - 3 working days for delivery, it was then shipped 2 days late! There was little to no apology for this error. So our print arrived late. Then, I was sent an invoice for an incorrect amount for the order. I told Jason about this and he sent me and email with "I ll get this sorted for you now apologies." That was 2 days ago and still no corrected invoice. Then to rub salt in I got a call from their accounts department yesterday chasing payment...for the wrong amount!
After speaking with Jason today it is clear that there is a lot of promising and not much delivery at Ultima Displays. There are clear communication issues that their management team should address. We had a lot of business to send their way and they missed out by ignoring the basic needs of the customer. It's a real shame as I found Jason to be very helpful, but sadly it appears he couldn't deliver on his promises or simply didn't care. We gave them a chance and received the worse customer care we have ever received from a supplier...ever.
