Room was ok, nothing special but nothing wrong either. Not all the tv channels worked but not a big issue really. Breakfast was good, happily recommend that, plenty of selection, a lot of everything and served in a nice location

Very nice rooms. Front desk was very helpful with several issues that came up. They will hold luggage, which is a great perk. The bed could have been softer, but I feel asleep very quickly anyway. Pretty good location - about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area

I was really impressed by this hotel. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. The bar had some great drinks and the food in all the restaurants was great. The room itself was clean and spacious.

The service at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow is better. The staff is friendly. Reply with a smile and listen calmly. There was a lot of oil in the fish and chips. Didn't try anything else.
The location is very nice. Arrive at the shopping area in five minutes. The executive lounge is also quite reasonable.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff
Parking could be a nightmare. But for the size of the hotel pretty reasonable. There is a parking charge

Beautiful hotel. From the magnificent lobby to the views over the city, I really enjoyed my stay here. Room service was excellent with friendly staff, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm, clean and quiet, and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water.

Friendly staff, nicely decorated room and with usual facilities. There is WiFi available although it does cut out frequently. Be mindful of the restaurant opening times as it's closed on Sundays and sometimes it's gutted out so not available for other hotel guests.

Next to the M8, it has a good sized car park but they do charge you. Nice function and meeting rooms. Nice restaurant and bar areas. Complimentary WIFI. Executive lounge on top floor. About a 15 minute walk into the City centre and Central Railway station. A Tesco metro nearby.

Fantastic hotel. Room was lovely with a super comfortable huge bed. Very quiet although right next to the motorway. 5 minutes from the Amarillo . Breakfast was really fresh with brilliant choice
Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful staff.
Will definitely stay again.

Reasonable service, cleanliness of the room and the bathroom could improve a lot, confusing breakfast with queue to inform the room number while the tables were empty, bad breakfast, the worst hotel chain I have ever stayed in.

Good hotel but for the price you could have a better wifi connection without having to spend 15 more per day ... Otherwise very nice staff, the rooms and the bathroom very spacious despite the last one is a little old

Rooms are nice. Some of the staff is bit rude. Wifi, parking everything is available for extra charges. The only thing I loved was the pool and sauna steam rooms. Sauna steam rooms are bit small but still worth it.

We love Marriott hotels and the Marriott brand. This particular hotel is good in delivering the Marriott promise because of their dedicated staff. They work with a dated interior, everything looks and feels like it does need a touch up or better: redesign / design update. Having said this, everything works. They only gave us one room instead of the two we booked because of an oversight, which was as much our fault as their's, and then they could not refund the room we did not use because we booked through a third party. So life is tricky, and we understand that. It adds up to an experience that is not at the 5 star level.

Decent sized rooms, great breakfast, a well maintained swimming pool, a nice bar and a good location. Used by the airline staff from Emirates so must be good. Stay here twice a year roughly and no real negatives to report. Usually compares not too badly in price as well to other hotels in the area.

What a lovely entrance to the hotel. Inside and outside. All the staff were very friendly. Rooms with two double beds and bathroom spotless. View overlooking the front was lovely. No noise either. Loved the colour of the curtains. My husband, daughter and myself were late on getting down to breakfast (due to me thinking breakfast was up to 11am, but it was 10.30 finish. Was sure we would not get anything, but the staff pulled out all the stops and served us three full Scottish breakfast. What a shock. Not many hotels would do that. Breakfast was beautiful. Made sure we were down at the correct time the following morning. Great service again. Nice smiley faces all over. Only one very small complaint but the black pudding on the two breakfast was brick hard. Could not get our knives through. What a shame, so looking forward to my black pudding. Hopefully we will be back one day. Thank you all once again. A very happy family. xx

Possibly one of the most over star rated hotels I've stayed in. Cons :- Room service food was just awful. Choices unavailable, sides stated on menu didn't arrive, steak inedibly chewy and Thai curry bland. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable (two single mattresses pushed together), room small, tv old and outdated (needed a wiggle to work), faucets sprayed water everywhere, no fridge or minibar, decor and furniture 1980's. Most certainly not 4 star. Three star would be generous. Pro's :- Breakfast nice you like a full cooked breakfast but there's not much else. The location is great. Staff friendly.
Certainly not 4 star quality. Needs a new room service chef and an complete refurb.

I had stayed at this hotel recently for a week on a business trip. Although the decor is a bit dated, but overall the facility is pretty well maintained (happened to notice operational staffs were constantly working to keep the lobby, common areas, conference rooms and lounge clean). Guest room is nice, clean, and tidy as it should be. Staffs, regardless their functions/roles, were all very courteous and helpful - a special shout-out to Lucie and other wait staffs in the restaurant for warm/friendly & efficient services provided to a very large group of guests during that frantic week. One of the main attractions of this hotel is its location within 15-minute walking distance you can reach city center populated with shops and restaurants. If you want to take a day-trip to Edinburgh, the transit hub at the Queen s St is not too far either.
