We had a bad experience with 2 vehicles and while some of the people there are very kind it doesn t change the fact that they didn t try and actually work with us. They kept telling us there was nothing they could do because we waited so long, which I could understand if we didn t talk to them about it when we purchased the vehicle. They say that our reviews aren t accurate which tells me they don t want to take responsibility for their action. I don t usually right reviews but I don t appreciate being called a liar and they it makes me not even want to give you a good deal (a statement made to my husband when he posted a honest review). I thought my conversation with one of the guys was good till I saw the response to my sisters review. It is very accurate and we will never do business there again.

On a positive note the front desk ladies are so amazing and sweet.
