Worst experience ever visiting a hospital. My mum has difficulty walking so wanted to sit in Costa to rest for 5 minutes and staff kicked her out because apparently it was for staff only which is disgusting. If you have any business in this hospital I recommend transferring because it really is the worst!

Just awful management. I've never thought an establishment like this can be this disorganised. The MyCare online system is just pointless and their staff don't even adhere to that.
