The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their patience with people unaware of the mask policy. Definitely had an awesome time!

The experience you get with eight monster trucks inside that small space is amazing if you haven't been to the Chesapeake arena I would recommend going to an event there it's nice multiple floors you got club section and all kinds of stuff hands down the best venue I've been to for indoors

Was there April 17 &18 2021 for the PBR. Masks are required in concourse & in your seats. They come by the seats & make you wear mask unless eating & drinking. Spaced out seats were nice. We were the only ones in our row! No one above or in front of you so it's not crowded!

My first time at this facility. Went to the Monster Jam here. Will be back for concerts...Thunder games etc. Not a bad seat in the house from what I saw. Great, helpful staff. Good food. Had a great time. Thanks to everyone for the time we had.

We saw MONSTER Jam it was pretty good...loud of course.... I wish they had made it clear when we purchased tickets about only accepting credit cards & no cash sells at all....and masks are required regardless of vaccine...

My seat was fine for me, I'm really short, but there was absolutely no leg room for my husband or our 2 sons. The view was okay. They wouldn't let us use any of the elevators, I can't walk very far, and they made us walk halfway around the arena to the escalators.

Great place to go but some of the managers are plain rude. But, monster jam was amazing. 4 out 5 stars that's still great. But, walking by and managers are on their phone and ignore people. That aspect could have been better. But my over all experience was 5 stars out of 5 stars.

This is a great place to watch a game! I have been a season ticket holder for years and the place gets rowdy! I love my seats and the gate monitor is very kind however it really frustrates me when certain people check tickets too much and hold up the line for people to get to their seats. If they would just let people through we would all really appreciate that! 99% someone is just an honest patron trying to watch the game!

Came for #Monsterjam nice little arena. There deffinately bigger places but wants to hard to find our way around since it was a smaller setting. Thanks to all the staff for keeping the place clean and helping put on a good show!

HAD A BLAST AT THE MONSTER JAM! Loved the pod seating! Keeping everyone social distanced! Cashless pay making it even safer to enjoy the event!! The show was fantastic! Ready to go to another one!
