As a Realtor , i have had many transactions closed with Attorney Matthew Fennell at The Gilroy Firm . I can t say enough great things about him and the firm manager Renee . They have professionally handled every closing with great care! I would have every single transaction closed with them if i could . Excellent attention to detail & communication with buyers and sellers at closing . Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love working with the Gilroy Firm. They have a breadth of knowledge and are highly respected within the real estate community in Atlanta. From closings to litigation, they handle a variety of niches with experience and professionalism. This is a firm you want in your corner!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do NOT use this law firm!!! On a scale of 1 to 10, Monica Gilroy is a 0.I have had the worst service I have ever had from the dozens of attorneys I worked with over the years. Monica Gilroy is dead last. I hired her to do a simple barment for a tax deed property which is supposed to take 60 or so days. Her firm cashed my check 90 days ago and my barment is still not done. I hired another attorney to do 2 other tax deed barments 30 days later - he is done. Worst service I have ever had. Rarely returns emails and when she does, doesn't know the status - unhelpful. Run away fast!!! I am going to post more details of this experience. I have kept very good records.

Slow representation is the same as no representation! It was a simple property dispute/case and we should have won, but after a 3 years of monthly payments From my Title company to Ms Gilroy we lost - with no legal foundation from the opposing side. It was a painful 3 years And should ve never happened!!! Do yourself a favor and find a another attorney.
