I had a ear problem I couldn't hear from my left ear and when I was around 11 I have surgery for White memorial claiming that was my eardrum. After a couple years I was fourteen after a couple tests myclinic send me here to UCLA medical center I got tested X-ray and everything bone growing next to my the hammer so I had thank u UCLA medical center I think you're perfectly and everything and this will be my hospital
We had some WONDERFUL nurses! Some attentive doctors, just overall very pleased with the care we received!!!
My baby girl was here for her heart defect. Every single person here loved my child and treated her like a princess! She got every bit of attention she needed and someone was with her at all times. UCLA will forever be our second home.
Best hospital ever just the security are really rude . I was showing my sister that has downsindrome what elevator to use they started being very rude that I better not cross and even tho I told them I'm just showing her the elevator and giving her instructions how to go see my mom they started harassing me
Every single time I go to there I always have a bad experience. Besides having to wait hours on end to get service whilst being in tremendous pain, the nurses attitudes are horrible.
I was never disappointed this past Monday. Has an appt with Sr Grisale at 4:15. With weather and traffic about 3 blocks away, i arrived about 10 mins after my scheduled appt only to be advised my appt was cancelled . The Dr had another appt. In the past i have had to sit in the office or exam room for more than 3p mins. I would have thought rhey would have called if i needed to be there earlier. I normally only come into my downtown office obce a month and made special arrangements to be at my appt time. The receptionist seemed to enjoy the fact of the cancellation and was alittle unconcerned with making a followup appt. Dr.very came out for comment. Very very disappointed.
My stoical mother was having bilateral, neck/ jaw pain and pressure. As a physician, I was worried that she might be having an atypical cardiac presentation. She was treated professionally, kindly, and efficiently every step of the way there at UCLA from Nadia(intake nurse) in the Triage area to the ER physician (Dr. Morocco), to the nurse practicioners in the Gonda Direct Observational Unit (Shirelle and Stephanie), nurses (Amelia, Sandra, Tina, etc..), the Cardiologist (Dr. William Suh). The ancillary staff who were so kind and thoughtful to my mom
The facilities are modern and very clean. We are so blessed to have a Stellar Medical facility in our backyard.
UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center... The greatest hospital in the world...Thank you for all you did for my wife. Nurses, doctors, interns, PT and staff.. you were nothing short of Heaven sent. Now 30 miles south to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach...ah not so much..0 Stars....If you have the choice UCLA is the place you want to be in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area.

Dr. Quinton Gopen and his team, Dr. Issac Yang and Dr. Jos'lyn Woodard and the Neurosurgery Team, the PACU and ICU nurses, the ancillary staff, the food service staff - indeed everyone at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center - I can say with absolute certainty that I made the right choice coming to UCLA for my surgery .... Everybody at this facility has exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to everyone that has participated in my care. Thank you!
