I walked into the Snappy Snaps in Marylebone on Thayer Street to get passport photos taken. They were not only super helpful, but also very quick. They are knowledgable of the strict photo guidelines of the UK (they can do US as well) and the cost for four photos was 9.99 GBP. From the time I walked in, took the photo, waited for them to be developed was 10 minutes. If you're like me you appreciate the efficiency paired with the friendly service.

I was surprised to see that Snappy snaps can do more than just passport photos. They do everything and anything photo related and can make wonderful gifts.

Would I go back? Yes! They will be my go to place for all of my photo needs.

For the price I'd expect 5 star quality and service but it only gets 3 stars from me

Incredible service. I went in to get a picture of my 2 best friends framed. They helped me select it from my phone (android) and print something very special to keep for a lifetime. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have great expertise. Will definitely come back

I came here to take four identical pictures for my national identity card. The pictures were not in good enough quality for the government to issue the document so I came back and asked whether they could enhance and brighten up the pictures and reprint them for a cheaper price. When they said no I asked for a refund. The staff was extremely rude and defensive over my request and started lecturing me on how my knowledge of photography was low. They did not even speak English well so we were not able to communicate. This place should seriously rethink the quality of the staff they hire and purchase better cameras and printers. Very bad!!!

Super helpful and nice staff. Went to get passport pictures for my newborn and the staff made extra efforts, looking up the type of pictures I needed and then helping me getting baby to look straight. They took their time and didn't rush us although they seemed busy. Highly recommended

They are great for passport photos. They do many nationalities, including American. They even take baby passport photos.

Leave yourself at least 2hours, also check beforehand timings when machines are working

Not film specialists. I was patronised whilst trying to explain that my film had different sized photos on it. Despite explaining, the sizes have been printed the wrong orientation, so my nice wide shots are cut up wrong and printed at the wrong angle.

These people are brilliant, Gerry is very handsome.

Poor passport photos too terrible to use, and massively overpriced, I had to go elsewhere for a second set that I could actually use, and the competitor I found was half the price and excellent.

Christina and the team went to great lengths to get some wedding prints spot on for me. Thank you! Finding a decent high street place for proper prints can be tricky but they freshly measured the paper and it felt as though the lab was clean and the prints were not soiled. Great job!

Very fast service, nice staff, a bit expensive prices

Initially I had a bad experience at the Thayer street branch with one of the employees while taking a passport picture (the picture was not good and one of staff members was very rude). I had to come back as I was refused a refund but when I came back the store manager Cristina was really professional and very nice to deal with so we managed to get the picture sorted and felt she really cared about providing a good service. 4 stars as we got there eventually, I would have given 5 if I had the store manager Cristina from the beginning.

big time rip off, shop around , u find much cheaper , particularly passport photos, women are rude in shop

Really helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure you get the results you want.

I have used this shop twice and both times they have printed sub-standard images. Although it's up the the client to chose the image they need to use some kind of professional opioning before batch printing poor images. A phone call and a quick change resolves everything

Shockingly bad, rude service. We had to go elsewhere and pay again to get our passport pictures re done.
