Uccello Restaurant Review

Absolutely always an awesome experience. Never disappointed.

Shelby is a fantastic server! Came in for the mini pizza deal and some IPA.

Group of 30 people all starved from day of softball. After 45 minutes and still no dinner orders taken, I found the manager. I asked her to get our 1 server help which shouldn't have been an issue since the dinner rush cleared out. She got our server help and sent some pizza puffs over.
Another hour later food starts trickling out. I ordered large cheese pizza for $14.99 which wasn't even close to being as good as a $5 hot and ready. I sent it back. My 15yo daughter said her tortellini was good though.
I drank 2 of the drink specials which were $4 three olives vodkas. The server asked "is on the rocks okay?". I said sure. The first one I got with olives and the 2nd with limes. I get the bill and there is a $2.85 charge on each $4 vodka. I ask what for? The olives/limes and getting it on the rocks. I said "You must be F-ing kidding me". I made the manager remove the charge.
Won't be going back.

Very disappointed in your take out procedures! During a pandemic it just is not right to pack people into your tiny takeout area (made smaller yet by you addition of a sneeze shield and tables) to wait for thier food because they got there before thier food was ready! If I may make a suggestion if someone gets there early have your associates tell them when thier order is expected to be ready and ask them to wait outside so you can serve the next customer. To the young lady who kept trying to wave me in while they had a customer who was not even wearing their mask corrrectly, nope not happening he was wainting in there for over 15 minutes! I finally had to call and speak to a manager to have my order brought out to me, yeah it was cold and not right.

We had a great surprise 70th birthday in a room all to our selves. Worked out great for all!!!

we had a birthday party last night and our server emilea was excellent and very attentive. we highly recommend her if you decide to have a large party at this location.

Our server was really awesome, but it is a sports bar so very noisy and always busy / long wait times for mediocre food. No vegan / dairy free options.

An Italian sports bar with a wide variety of high-quality food options, tons of draft beers, and bartenders that make you feel like it's Cheers!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start this off by saying, I myself am a server and if I ever gave the type of service I received while I was there, I would expect to be fired. Went in the for lunch, sat at the bar with my girlfriend. We were ignored pretty much the whole time. Not only that but the bartender disappeared for a good 20 minutes. I understand if she went on break but we were not informed she was going to be gone, nor was there anyone there to replace her. The only saving grace was the manager Eric (who I know, and am afraid that if I didn't know him, we wouldn't have gotten service at all.) We won't be going back there any time soon. I have never written a review about a restaurant, but after my visit there I felt compelled to inform others about the service, or lack thereof that we received.

Usually we go to the Standale Uccellos but we were in the area. This had to be the worst service. It took almost 90min to get our food and when it came out my burger was not done. Then it took another 20min to get it remade. The waiter screwed up our bill and then the manager made a big deal over $3.10. Deffinitly will NOT be going to this location again

Love their lunch buffet. The wait staff was a bit slow to take our drink order but it did not take away from the overall experience.

Food was great. Got to sit right away. Service from the wait staff was lacking. I only got 1 refill on water, none were offered for our kids and my wife never got one. My wife pulled a hair out of her plate, they replaced it no problem. But not in a timely manner and no apologies from a manager. My 3 kids and my self were finished with our meals before they brought out a replacement dish for my wife. Disappointed with this vist.

At a birthday party we gave the waitress cake and a big tip even though I ordered rare hamburger and got burnt to a crisp on one side. The very nice cute manager replaced it the next day but it still happened.

We were here for trivia on Tuesday night. A very entertaining night with delicious food. The pizza puffs were fantastic!

Highly recommend Uccello's. The food was great and service wonderful.

Great food. Great service. Our go to place for birthday dinners - amazing strawberry shortcake dessert for the birthday person and it's big enough to share!

The hostess, Camille, was incredibly rude. She threw our silverware and menus on the table and barked our server would be with us shortly. We walked out immediately following.

Very good wet burritos first time there the waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs thank you.

Just got home with my to go food at 145 am and even right before kitchen close cooks made amazing food, turkey bacon Swiss was fantastic and u fries were the best fries I've had in the area. Thanks for the wonderful meal, I will come back as often as possible!

Take advantage of their takeout pizza specials. They're delicious.

My neighbor and I go to Ucello's on Wednesdays for burger and beer. My burger has always been done exactley the way I ordered it and it always taste great!

My neighbor likes his burger well done. For the last 3 Wednesday in a row that was not achieved. Before we ordered I explained to the young man taking our order that my neighbor's burger was not cooked to his liking 2 previous times but we had faith that Uccello's would get it right this time so we returned one more time for burger and beer night. This person told me I was passive agressive, apparently, for telling the undetcooked burger story in the manor I did using the term "having faith that they would get it right". My neighbor's burger was still too undercooked for his liking once again even after he was asked to cut it open when delivered and was told pinkish red was just the color of the beef. I'm the one that has to listen to complaints about the burger from my neighbor. As a retiree I just want a good relaxing burger and beer.

If ya gotta wait a 45 minutes to be seated it better be good! They delivered...nuff said.

Menu wet and dirty. My replacement menu still dirty, wet table. Took a long time to get our food which was fine because we were watching a game. Great place for that. Food good.

The stromboli was mostly bread and cheese and I order a deluxe. I was disappointing

Very good food, they have a wide variety of it. Staff is very friendly and the service is fast.

Had Emily for a waitress she was great will go back....
