My neighbor and I go to Ucello's on Wednesdays for burger and beer. My burger has always been done exactley the way I ordered it and it always taste great!

My neighbor likes his burger well done. For the last 3 Wednesday in a row that was not achieved. Before we ordered I explained to the young man taking our order that my neighbor's burger was not cooked to his liking 2 previous times but we had faith that Uccello's would get it right this time so we returned one more time for burger and beer night. This person told me I was passive agressive, apparently, for telling the undetcooked burger story in the manor I did using the term "having faith that they would get it right". My neighbor's burger was still too undercooked for his liking once again even after he was asked to cut it open when delivered and was told pinkish red was just the color of the beef. I'm the one that has to listen to complaints about the burger from my neighbor. As a retiree I just want a good relaxing burger and beer.
