I would never come here again. Upon entering there was not a host present and we had no idea if we were supposed to just find a spot to sit or if someone was meant to seat us. Another customer arrived and was not sure either but they had suggested to us to seat ourselves. Upon finding our table (which actually reminded me of looking for a seat in the elementary school cafeteria when I was about the age of approximately 7). It was difficult to find a table that didn t have some odd moisture lingering on its surface. Along with dirty (well possibly dirty- moist and old looking to say the least) rags left upon the tops of tables too. The very loud people at the bar sounded to be enjoying themselves so that was a plus for them I hope. Our waitress was very friendly (and should probably look for a nicer establishment to work for with the skills she has to offer). I was trying to remain open in my opinions until our meal was over. However, before it even arrived (this was at 12:30 am- Disney s Frozen Let It Go began to play) .... SO loudly!!! At this point I took that as a sign. Time to let it go and ask for a box for our meal. The lasagna I ordered can easily be purchased from the frozen food section (anywhere most likely). Along with that I did order a salad as and the three large wilted brown chunks of lettuce pretty much had me questioning some life decisions- needless to say. The waitress and the server were very friendly and again I do hope for their sake they find a nicer place to work.

Food was good waitress was weak on the menu items she really needed to be updated.

Not to sure what they were doing, serving juice only alcoholic cocktails with no liquor........ sober when I got there, completely sober when we left. Maybe they thought the whole group was wasted, some had been drinking prior but I had not been, and was not the DD so I could have..... very expensive juice.
It was also our first time ever there, so maybe we will try again for dinner.

We had a large group and the waiter was attentive and efficient. Most had the lunch buffet - good food at a good value.

Most of the food is good, service is slower more times than not, and not very good at prebussing the tables. but the servers are all very nice

There pizza puffs are the best there and there pizza is food too

Service was good, enjoyed meeting our waiter from Australia wish him the best, exchanged student at Grandvalley.
Burritos were filling and yummy, strawberry daquary was made just right.

Friendly staff! Love the happy hour menu. The food is amazing and they always go above and beyond for service!

Disappointed. Had Sicilian chicken which came with one side. Ordered cesar salad as the side. Two pieces of chicken arrived on a plate. Consumed one piece while awaiting the forgotten side.

Service and food mediocre. They are know for their pizza and they use canned vegetables..

Went in for lunch with the family and tried their buffet. Decent amount of food and fresh food kept coming out. Carbs galore but what wonderful goodness!

Had buffet with my beautiful wife. Maranda the bartender was very friendly. Took care of all our needs.

Absolutely horrible management. Went in to place a to-go order, 2 entrees and an appetizer. My husband and I waited for 30 minutes to be told that everything was ready except for my husband's entree, which couldn't be changed like we were told. We said we will just take it as it's described. We waited for over 30 more minutes before telling the bartender we just wanted a refund because the wait is ridiculous. The manager on duty only refunded us the one entree, no apologies, and sent us on our way with food that had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long.

This place isnt always the nicest place to go to, but Cheesey Bacon Fries make it worth it

I want to give big props to uccellos in grandville mi this place is on point i got the brazed chic pizza WOW!!!!!! I will be back.

Let's start with the good. The food has been delicious! The service STINKS! I have been to this location multiple times, and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However when multiple servers fail, I start to leaning toward management.
On my most recent visit the server stopped by ONE TIME, 50 minutes.

One of my favorite places to eat in town, the staff is always friendly, place is clean and well organized. Food is great! Great place to have a beer and watch the game, its usually pretty busy during game nights. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

They've raised the price and cut the portion size. you don't even get a salad with your entree anymore.... That will cost you $1.99 extra. Terrible service and management. There are plenty of other restaurants in GR that offer better value and service.

Amazing service, nice clean place! Great deals and delicious food! Always a great place for date night or for a get together with friends!

Been going there Friday's for the buffett, for a few weeks. The servers are new every week and lack training and common sense.

Won't let me give half a star last two times we ate here it was horrible!! Service and the pizza were the worst I've had in a very long time. Starting to think that it is this store because whenever we dine at any of the other ones it is great. Very disappointing we were really hungry only to be served stale chips and a mushy pizza. Will not be back there again.

I'm there a lot. Great happy hour great food. You can't go wrong with this place.

A late lunch was ok. The sports bar side was very busy and loud. Good service and food although they did forget my bread sticks for my salad. Pizza was good with enough for a snack later.

First time back out at a bar...Adam was our bartender/server. Just want to say thank you and that my table n I had a great time!

Ucello's in Grandville, on one of the snowiest days, when everything else is closing...Shelley, our bartender was great! Very friendly, great drinks! They were closing early due to the weather, but were in no rush to get us out! Great break from the cold!

Shelly at the bar was amazing! Great service, personable and accomodating to this Lions fan sitting at the end of a long line of Packers fans on a Sunday afternoon. My salad and bloody marys were delicious as well.

Great sandwichs and personal pizza. Wait staff was quick, attentive and knowledgeable

It's okay, probably would have tasted better if it had been hot. The food must have been sitting for 10-15 minutes to have been as cooled off as it was. Stay tuned, we're going back in another few weeks. I'll send it back if it happens again

Very good food and great service. Love the mushroom crostini appetizer. Have eaten here several times and tried several different things. I can only complain that the steak had no seasoning at all. Not even a little salt and pepper. But hey, it tasted like steak so I can't complain too much.

Good food. Full bar with lots of tvs for entertainment. Immediate seating sign is always nice to see. Added gratuity for large parties is clear on the receipt. Good staff considering they get really busy and there can be a long wait to get a table.

This place is massive. The menu is massive. There's so many options and they customize almost everything. Large groups aren't an issue for them. Staff is great.

This place is ok, it s meh . Seems clean and service is average. It s not my first pick but if other friends are going I don t mind. It s your common sport bar with better than average food. However prices are as high as any other restaurants. Is it worth it? Probably not but after 10 pm they have half off appetizers which are alright.

Great little sports bar. Food was good. Good beer selection. Wait staff was very friendly. Not necessarily a destination location, but definitely place you go to if you saw driving down the street.

Very good food and waiters. Only complaint is loudness, even on the dining side it carries over from the bar area and it s hard to hear. The lighting is a little dark also. Their brunch buffet is really good and nicely priced. They could also use some more parking options, several times I ve had to park at the mall and walk over.

We went to eat at a busy time and even had three kids with us. We got in fairly fast and had great service and the food was good.

Great sauce. Tons of choices including pizza, wet burritos, and stromboli. Good mini pizzas for the mini humans. Service was quick and friendly. Top notch. Tons of TV's with the local games as well.

Good Food, Good Service. Recommend the buffet if you don't know exactly what you want. Then came back another time and if you are a pizza connoisseur then definitely try Uccello's Stromboli.... It is stuffed to the brim. Highly Recommended.

The place has been awesome since it was bought from max and ermas...their pizza is the best and best price for their 1 topping masterpiece anywhere by farr fast, frendly,and good for what ever you decide on! I would recommend it to ANYONE who asks...hands down

Extensive menu. Went with a group of 6. Varying ages. Ordered from every corner of the menu plus various appetizers. Everything was great.

The stuffed chicken scallopine was awesome. Service was pretty quick. Beer was cold.

Delicious food! The Seafood Pasta, Bacon Cheeeburger, fries and Chicken tenders were awesome! My kiddos meal was free with a purchase of an adult entree. Great service! We will be coming back soon.

My husband and I were greeted by the hostess, Stevie (sp). She made us feel so welcome and our conversation with her was very meaningful.

Our server was Megan and it was fun to talk with her. As with the hostess Megan also made us feel welcome.

We ordered the Ucello's pizza. It's is the best pizza I've had in years. I ate three pieces which is almost unheard of for me.

We will definitely go back.

Fantastic atmosphere for a family dinner night. They have a huge section for sports and bar as well. Very affordable and the staff is very friendly.

Visiting from Chicago, came in to grab a bite before a movie. Absolutely outstanding! Plenty of menu choices, great food, fun atmosphere, ample beer choices and great appetizers. I highly recommend the margherita dip. The service matched the food quality. Attentive and friendly staff made my first visit memotable. I will absolutely be returning next time.

Food was amazing! If you don't have there rewards program get it! You get so many good deals!
Also our server was Danielle, I have never had a server that good anywhere! She was super friendly, very helpful and always there when we needed something! I don't think our water glasses were ever empty!
