Very disappointed in your take out procedures! During a pandemic it just is not right to pack people into your tiny takeout area (made smaller yet by you addition of a sneeze shield and tables) to wait for thier food because they got there before thier food was ready! If I may make a suggestion if someone gets there early have your associates tell them when thier order is expected to be ready and ask them to wait outside so you can serve the next customer. To the young lady who kept trying to wave me in while they had a customer who was not even wearing their mask corrrectly, nope not happening he was wainting in there for over 15 minutes! I finally had to call and speak to a manager to have my order brought out to me, yeah it was cold and not right.
