The order was placed via the application, paid by Przelewy24 (I received confirmation that ucando received the payment) but the order is not listed in the application or in my account on the website. 3 e-mails were sent, no reply to any of them. On the hotline, the Lord ordered to send confirmation of account creation and transfer to e-mail - I did, no one deigned to answer, on the hotline the second consultant "hands over the matter to a colleague" and silence on the part of ucando.
A frivolous company, it received over PLN 150 for the order and the money was lost.
I do not recommend!

As I received the parts on April 1st, I treated the deadline as an April Fool's joke ... I would just like to praise you, who helped me choose the right parts for my car.
Totalna sneezes the profit-oriented store and nothing else, the return or the complaint in this store is a fiction. They will do everything to discourage you from returning and when you return they will tell you that the part was used, on the photos shown before the return and asking you to indicate where the assembly marks are, they can no longer indicate and stop talking to you, but the part was mounted according to them. They have no idea whether the part is for a given brand or not even after the vin number, once they say that, without explaining that they have several catalogs for one brand and version, they have no idea about the parts and what they are selling, which can also be seen in other comments. I am the first listed by this store .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND FOLLOW BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM.
The service process was efficient, the selection of parts and selection were a plus, the order was delivered quickly and correctly. I can recommend the store.
I bought oil on ucando -> MOBIL SUPER 2000 10w40. At the first glance, the oil was ok, but after doing about 800 km on this oil, the "oil pressure" indicator pops up when the engine is warm (because the oil is thinner then). The car ran on this oil and it was always ok. I tested the Ucando oil and it turns out that it is spilled. I bought oil in an automotive store and the problem disappeared after the first ride - the detector no longer appears on a warm engine ...
A lesson for the future not to buy oil online (where it is the cheapest - i.e. on ucando) because price is related to quality. The oil was definitely spilled. I regret to say right away that I will not buy from you again.
The package with brakes arrived massacred, but as you can see it was already sent because it was wrapped in foil. The pads were loose, the cardboard box for the brake discs was almost non-existent. Additionally, delayed shipping. I do not know where this product was in your warehouse, but I recommend that you take more care of it.
The search engine for parts by car data is a complete failure

What I especially appreciate when shopping on their website are parts from good manufacturers at great prices, I don't wait long for the shipment, even if I order a lot of things at once.
