The order was placed via the application, paid by Przelewy24 (I received confirmation that ucando received the payment) but the order is not listed in the application or in my account on the website. 3 e-mails were sent, no reply to any of them. On the hotline, the Lord ordered to send confirmation of account creation and transfer to e-mail - I did, no one deigned to answer, on the hotline the second consultant "hands over the matter to a colleague" and silence on the part of ucando.

A frivolous company, it received over PLN 150 for the order and the money was lost.

I do not recommend!

EDIT: The day has passed, and no one has bothered to contact me despite the assurances in the comment below. I stand by my point that the company is frivolous and totally ignores customers.
