After Destroying my motorcycle hitting the dividing wall on the 57 freeway I awoke days later in the intensive care unit of UCI ! Thank you Jesus Thank you Lord for saving my life Again and for bringing me here to UCI. On this day am gonna have to give this nurse in particular 1 star if it was for me i'd give him none his name is RICHARD FLEISCHMAN he was absolutely rude and just the way he spoke to my mom about her pain levels was just not acceptable i think he needs to change his attitude and the way he aproches the patients....a lil more in being understandable would be great toward patients and thank you.
UCI is a awesome hospital the staff their are a blessing the Dr. So and Dr. Bruse are awesome dr.s I've had knees replacement and I'm so blessed feel great. Tha j you Dr. So and Dr. Bruse.
This was a good visit with Dr Hsu, he is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Great bedside manner. The entire visit was pleasant and easy...My ONLY complaint is the length of time it took to actually get an appointment which given this physcians obligations it is understandable, in any case I highly recoment this practice and this doctor.
My experience with Dr. Jesse Kaplan and UCI Orthopedic center has been nothing but amazing. I broke my wrist on the first day of January 2020 while I was vacationing with my family in Cleveland, Ohio, I was so terrified and in pain, and the doctors there recommended that I have the surgery in my neck of the woods.
We came back immediately, and made an appointment with Dr. Kaplan. He took the time to explain what needs to be done and he went out of his way to find me a time slot for surgery right away. He is only one phone call away; he cared so much to check on me even on that weekend. It is refreshing to have a doctor who returns his patients calls personally, instead of their medical assistants. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan; he is a great doctor who makes patients feel valued and respected.
