My TRAM Flap reconstructive surgery was a complete travesty after this doctor used me as a guinea pig in July as a newly trained rookie plastics fellow at MD Anderson. I wasn't a candidate and have had 8 hernia repairs and now have anchors holding my abdomen together. Places are still herniating. What a mess.
You always have to pay for the park in spite of the validation of the tike you pay is not the difference
I had seen 7 doctors for a consultation. I decided to try UCI Cosmetic Clinic and saw Dr. Barton. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she's been and Esther (their office mgr) too plus Dr Tang. They were all knowledgeable, compassionate and simply amazing. Dr Barton heard me first on what I wanted to have done and then explained how much my body could actually handle given my age, weight etc. She explained what her plan would be and even discussed a few options that would depend on how things looked during surgery. She took the time to explain pro's and Con s and I knew I had found my doctor. I felt like I could trust her to do the best job possible in the safest manner possible. When I met Dr Tang they were in the same page and I went into surgery knowing I was in the best hands.
I loved their work. I'm 3 days post op and the follow up from them had been incredible! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have plastic surgery, and who needs to trust that their doctor will put their patient's health ahead of doing more procedures. I'm loving the immediate results... Stay tuned for future follow-up
I left my house at 5:00am to make sure I'm on time for a 9:00am appt because I live more than 2 hrs away. I thought being on time would be respectful of doctors time. I have been sitting in the exam room for an hour with the door closed, WTH!! I think they took the guy who was an hour late before me or maybe this office is always late and appointments don't mean much! So frustrating! If I didn't live so far I would walk out! So far I'm not happy
