Very attentive and patient customer service. I spoke with treasure coast on a few occasions before I decided to make my initial investment. I was a little nervous at first. I had never invested in gold or silver before but after speaking with two different account executives and doing my own due diligence I felt comfortable finding a long track record of being in business over 15 year's as well as being licensed bonded and insured with an A+ rating with the BBB. I feel confident knowing my metal is secured in TDS Vaults with in Brinks depository and I can buy or sell at any time I choose. I received my title of ownership of my bars and coins directly from the depository a week after my initial investment. The market has increased a little bit in value since I purchased. I am glad I finally made the decision to diversify a portion of my portfolio outside of the of stock market.

Does not appear to be very reputable, data provided is based on a two-year old forecast. Does not like to take no for an answer,. Strikes me as more shysters than actual dealers.

These guys cold call you and don't care about the do not call list. Told him to take off list and was very rude. Unprofessional. Don't trust these scammers.
Poor advice. Took all my gold and silver on collateral sold it when prices dropped then they send me a letter saying that account was closed. No statement and no calls until I called them. Then they said they would sell it back to me at cost. Their cost after the market went back up. Poor service poor communication. Be warned a horrible company.
DO NOT INVEST ONE DOLLER INTO THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE IT ....
