Huge! Four or five story mall that carries both high end and inexpensive items. The BART also stops here on the bottom level. Perfect for a quick shopping trip.

the biggest and the best shopping center in the world

Love this mall! A huge plus is its direct underground access to Muni and Bart within the mall. It has a large selection of amazing brands, hip stores and multiple food options, and in a very convenient central location! Right outside are the cable cars and more outdoor stores. Yes, there are a lot of tourists and shoppers especially on weekends, but if you go during the weekdays, crowds are much smaller and shopping is a much peaceful experience.

Really nice the lower floor with many offers there very nice food and shops. The higher you go, the less interesting the various departments seem

Definitely the best indoor shopping mall in San Francisco. Not only does it have all of your normal shops that you like to shop at regularly, but it has some very high-end shops that well. The best part about this mall... Was the amazing food court. Gourmet food at its finest!

Love going to this shopping center! The variety of shops and food options make it worth a stop if you're visiting downtown. Also I highly recommend Nordstrom's for their customer service and mother's lounge if you need to nurse a baby.

Love this mall! They have GREAT shopping. Inside is beautiful and they have both a virtual reality and a movie theater in the mall. It closes at 8:30 on so watch the times that show online you may have to go a little earlier than you thought to enjoy the mall.

Great place to go shopping as it has a lot of variety from the Windows store to Madewell. There is also a variety of restaurants from Big Fish Little Fish to M.Y. China on the fifth floor. There is also convience stores like WalGreens for people just trying to pick up some groceries.

Decent mall space. Usually very crowded with not the cleanest of patrons.

Filthiest bathrooms on the planet. although they try to fight it, the vagrants and heroin addicts hanging out on the sidewalk out front are out of control.

Contains most stores that the average consumer would want to visit. The food court is great too.

Nice mall, the food court and shops are first class.

I still get lost here. Bloomingdales and Nordstrom take about half the mall.

Lots of stores, mostly clothes related. Decent food court on the bottom floor which also has access to the Bart.

Very unique layout! So many floors! Love the curved escalators. Nice little bar at top floor of Nordstrom. Lots of good food choices. Puts my Westfield mall in Maryland to shame.

I like the vibe and love shopping at H&M and Mango there.

Nice shopping mall with lots of stores. For a mall their food court has some pretty good options.

Immense !!!! 5 floors, 3 of which are full of boutiques and restaurants and 2 of Bloomingdale's

Nice mall in downtown, but always keep an eye open as the neighborhood has some weird people.

Decent selection of stores. Mostly apparel oriented. There's a few electronics and beauty vendors as well. If you dont find it here, there's hundreds of other stores within blocks of this location. Spacious, airy and upscale feel to the mall itself. Layout and maps could be a bit better.

I love this mall been to a lot of city's this is one of the best.

The most beautiful mall I've been to. Great selection of foods and affordqble/ high-end variety. Go up to the top floor and see the dome, it's a pretty spot.

I love walking around here! Great selection of Hugh end stores and whatnot. It also has entrances to BART. Only issue that it closes fairly early, like 8pm.

A beautiful mall with nice shops and interesting architecture throughout.

I love the inside of this mall! But outside with the homeless using the sidewalk as a restroom is....uh yeah.

Ask about the secret Sky Terrace Observation Deck. Open most days. Only one elevator takes you there. Ask around for location. Great views of downtown.

So much food here. Not your typical food court and some good outlets including Adiddas.

Large shopping center with a lot of your commonplace retail stores and a food court.

Good place, but be careful don't go with your car, otherwise you maybe have to pay for expensive parking.

Used to love this place. They used all real plates, glasses, and utensils. I don't know why they switched to all disposable but now they suck like all the other malls. Wish I could give them zero stars!!!!

I really like this mall, lots of surrounding stores, and a very large food court with a lot of options. They have two food courts and this mall is 3 stories. Inside the mall is defintley stores for people with more money to spend. Inside is True Religion, Banana Republic, Blooming Dales & there's more those are just some that I recall.

Nice selection for all your needs. A bit pricey but that is to be expected in San Francisco.

It was my first time to visit SF!! connecting with Powell St. Bart station

Very crowded eating places like the Panda Express, and very low classed security having to ask people to get up off the seats when its closing time!

Quick note: them seats are really comfy especially the soft leather couches!

Feels smaller than most suburban large malls but lots of high end and usual stores all in one place.

Upsacle stores & boutiqes with Bllomingdales, Nordstrom, & food courts.

Secret tip: go to the corporate entrance on Market Street to get access to the rooftop for a 360 view of the city right before sunset. You just need to sign in at the security desk and they ll let you up the elevator to the rooftop. It s open to the the public.

Inside is beautiful. Lots of places to look around. Great food. But stay indoors as much as you can. The streets are sketchy at best.

Great mall. You can basically find whatever brand you're looking for.

Just parked here for a cable car ride. Crazy expensive parking

We tried Haagen Dazs at the mall, glad go add a new variety.

Welp, it's the mall. All the big chain stores are here for your shopping needs, along with the theater and spa upstairs if you feel like doing something other than shopping and stuffing yourself with food. Prices are a bit on the high side, but that's typical SF. I grew up going to the Great Mall in South Bay, which is an outlet mall... So I am a little spoiled.

I do alot of deliveries to WestField Malls throughout the Bay Area (Truck Driver) and by far this is the largest I've been in. A very nice mall with plenty of stores to shop from. Its a must see mall in my opinion
