I just go window shopping but it's huge and elegant

It's okay everybody makes me feel uncomfortable to shop . Looking at me like I'm carrying guns or something. If your not a tourist it's an ok experience.

This mall has a strange layout. I went to the Concierge desk to ask for directions because I was so lost. The Concierge Jessica was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. I like that there is still a standard of customer service here.

westfield mall in sfo has very good collection of top fashion apparels for both men/women of all age. I'm sure everyone will find something good to buy in whatever prize range they're looking for. Another good thing is, westfield has amazing restaurants, so that no one has to go out in the cold looking to find the best ones:)

Loy of store and lots of food at the food court and there a movie theater too

It is convenient in town town, but a suburban shopping mall may be more interesting with outlets.

The vibe of this mall is somehow much more welcoming and cozy compared to similar places nearby. Great to chill, get food, and watch a movie.

I went shopping at Champsports, which is one if my favorite stores because of the variety of items available, the price, and it's veteran friendly.

Lots of shops of course :) food court offers great variety of enjoyable flavours .you can rest at the upper level. It is crowded .

Up market shopping mall, if you got the cash, visit.

Pretty cool and neat mall. I loved Microsoft, J.Crew, Lego, and Clarks stores, which also led to Nordstrom.

Great shopping, tons of shops, great food services, and A MOVIE THEATER. Amazing place to go for shopping, lunch, and a great hangout spot. I personally have been here countless times, and never seizes to amaze me. Parking is bad here, however if you park in the garage on Minna Street, it will probably be the best option since it s just a 2 minutes walk to the mall.

Very nice shopping mall in SF with mostly all The brands .

It is very large and beautiful. The complex shape of the building makes me a little lost. The underground food court is also busy. There is also a drugstore near the food court. We have a wide range of products from small plastic brands to high spec brands. The surrounding area is also a tourist spot, so you can enjoy various things. However, when parking your car in the surrounding area, we recommend using a parking lot with a manager instead of coin parking. A friend who used coin parking on the street was in a vandalism. It happened even though there were many pedestrians in front of the convenience store. There are many hallless areas 200 meters away from this building.

This shopping center is very large, has many different shops and there are always a lot of people, definitely the best place to go shopping with your friends or to waste time!

Aside from the layout being a bit confusing, it's one of the better malls I've ever been to. The mall is clean and well kept, the bathrooms are relatively clean, and the food court has a pretty good selection. All around solid.

I go mainly for the food court and the movie theater. I am usely working at The convention center which is close by

Somehow the place has changed over the years. May be it is the number of offices that are now part of the shopping center.

Huge mall filled only with clothing store except for a Microsoft Store and some restaurants on the ground floor.

San Francisco is the shopping center where you can spend a lot of time in the center.

A wonderful place to just walk and explore. Smell the wonderful cookies baking! A bit crowded and dark so not the best place to walk young kids.

Good size shopping centre in a nice location in San Francisco. It has a fantastic range of stores inside selling great fashion clothing and the most up to date gadgets and smart home devices. There was even a stall advertising the latest tech, which had the new Amazon releases in one area, so you could give what you wanted a whirl before you buy it, a really great try before you buy touch. If you are looking for something, this place is a great place to start. There are also bars and restaurants inside, so you can make a day of it in there, if shopping is your thing.

it was my first time visiting it and the first time in San Francisco too, it's very beautiful and you can find everything there!

Great shopping mall with levels of stores and at the bottom lots of great food

In short if you want to spend time seeing many shops and eating rich this is the right square, they have a great variety and besides all the people who attend the shops always with good attitude, I liked that!

Westfield has a lot of really good food options and stores to browse. You can't really ask for much more in a mall.

We only called in to use the restroom but what a lovely restroom it was.

We'd definitely use it again.

Massive mall with a big set of stores located in the heart of SF. It's on muni and Bart so very easy to get to.

The food court of B1 is convenient to eat easily. Please note that the store will be closed at 20:30.

They have everything from food to hi end stores and Starbucks, everyone loves Starbucks :-)

This is a great mall with many lovely shops. The food court has a variety of choices, I chose to go to Lobster Me and was not disappointed, their food was incredible but small portions. It was a great little snack. It's a nice place to spend a day shopping or just walking around to kill time.
