This mall is a good place to go. I suggest you try it. There's a chill little parking garage close by that makes life easier, but my god, it's like going up a 90% grade getting into it. Low cars beware!!

Anyway, the mall has a ton of stores, and a pretty solid food court, even with a market, if you want to prepare your own lunch like a true SF Hipster. Not me, I'd probably just eat at Chipotle, cuz I'm a G like that ;)

Have the most fun going here! You will not regret it. In fact, you will probably come back just to thank me. Go for it!

Although I normally hate shopping malls, this one has enough open spaces and a good selection of stores

I like this place. Nice selection of stores. Wish they had more seating at the food court though. Still a nice, CLEAN place to window shop

Really nice and big. So many stores and so many levels.. 3hours is not enough time to go to all the stores.

The decorative interior is fantastic, especially the dome. Nordstrom is laid out over several open upper floors with curved escalators. Central location and a large food court

Huge mall with lots of name brand stores. However, you will see a LOT of tourists. Stores will get packed on weekends and holidays.

Very beautiful and elegant. 6 floors of shops of all kinds. The plan c instead concerns the food. Full downtown near Union Square.

They have everything you need and want and more there

Parking is horrible, we had parked out side for about 30 minutes and some guys had broken into our vehicle, shattered the window and had stolen all of our stuff. So for tourists take a taxi or Lyft but leave your vehicles parked somewhere safe and leave everything in your hotels!

Recommended if you want to shop for branded items in a short time

I hate malls. . . I like Westfield SF. That should tell you all you need to know. Nordstrom and Bloomingdales anchor this mall that also features J Crew, Club Monaco, Zara, Banana Republic, H&M, Express, and many others. Very nice. A shopping trip to San Francisco would be incomplete without a trip to Westfield!

More shopping than you could wish for. Expensive but countless stores to pick from.

This place has lots of stores both mainstream and boutique. Food court is spacious with plenty of seating.

Very big mall. Have almost every store you can possibly need. Should check out the map of the mall before venturing in or else you can get lost.

Really good mall with heaps of shops and options. The layout was a little confusing. Very accessible to get to as well!

Large shopping center in the city center. All in height. The food court on the ground floor was not very clean and there were a few beggars. The top floor with the vault is very beautiful.

Sad, Sad, Sad, just So Sad. Due to Coronavirus shutdowns and City pandemic ordinance reorgs, this mall is a shell of its former self. Two total stores open? LuLuLemon & Sephora? Really? Why come here? C'mon Mayor Breed, Whaaaaattt is going on????

This is an extremely large mall with multiple levels. Even though it has so many floors and stores, it had the same stores as any other mall with the exceptions of a few high end and unique stores. Did a little shopping here but nothing crazy at all. Really interesting to visit and check out.

Attractive urban mall in revived Emporium dome building with predictable shops, restaurants and specialty retail anchored by Nordstrom with stellar cinema and excellent upscale food court.

If you love to explore a fun and vibrant city walk this is a must do. Tons of good shopping, good food and scenery.

This mall is located in San Francisco a couple of blocks from Union Square. The Westfield San Francisco Mall has over 100 stores and has anything you need from top to bottom. This mall has a huge Macy's and Bloomingdales inside the mall.

The mall is very modernly designed, and also has BART (the transit system - on the bottom floor). The mall has a really huge food court that takes up most of the bottom floor. Information is very helpful - I went to buy some souvenirs for friends and family and stopped at Local Take - this store is definitely worth stopping by.

Everyone seems very friendly around the mall, and security helped me find where I needed to go. Additionally, the mall has a special place for Uber pickups just outside which I found very interesting in cool, as I'm from Toronto and I haven't seen that yet (not at a mall but I've seen them in airports)

One of the historic malls in San Francisco. Very central to see

I'm not a mall guy but what a nice mall. Clean and loaded.

This is a nice mall owned by Westfield. It's higher end with several eateries and a grocery store. Be aware, there is a circular escalator on one side with elevators in the anchor stores and the center hallway of the mall.

Very good option if you want to go shopping, you find everything!

Great place if your looking for a gift or just a stroll in the mall to walk around and kill time.On the other hand they have good food,and good dessert.

There were a lot of options... However, I wasn't a fan of the floor plan, or lack of maps to get around. It was confusing for a first time goer, and it could've been much easier to get around if things were labeled better.

A real rat trap, and nowhere to go really once inside, very lame and then expensive, as if.

It's okay. Some stores seemed to have cleared out. Doesn't seem quite as magical as it used to.

This is an awesome mall with everything you need for that shopping excursion in San Fransisco. The building itself is wonderfully constructed and the dome is worth a look even if you aren't there to buy anything. The food hall is fantastic with a great Vegan place that has some yummy selections.
